Enjoy staying in this newly remodeled and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, condo near Downtown Gatlinburg. 8 to 11 minutes walk to the main strip. 2 to 3 minutes to a Trolley Stop. Walk-able distance to Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta Park, Ober Park and ski area, restaurants! 2 smart TVs!
A tastefully decorated modern condo with free parking on site. We are located about 0.5 mile to the main strip of Gatlinburg and just a few hundred feet to the nearest red line trolley stop. You can park your car, walk to downtown or hop on a trolley to tour Gatlinburg. Trolley fares are affordable, and unlimited rides all day tickets are available, you can find out more by searching for Gatlinburg trolley.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything is as pictured and described. Close walking distance to downtown area made it great for dinner plans and evening fun. Saw bears and wildlife every evening. AC unit in each room kept place nice and cool after a hot day of walking around.

The perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg! Clean, comfy, close to everything and the host was the most. The beds are so wonderful after a long day on the strip and streaming TVs to chill with. Our host was prompt and very informative with all the details pertaining to our stay. The space was exactly as described and perfect for a week long trip with my family. Easy walk to gatlinburg! We were also surprised at the wonderful view of the NYE fireworks from our bedroom & balcony. Will definitely stay again!

The host communication was outstanding!!! He responded immediately and gave us lots of tips for getting around Gatlin, so that was very helpful. The condo building was older and not very clean. We almost didn't go in. The condo we stayed in was clean, but smelled very musty. The patio needed some extra cleaning, but it was too hot to sit out there anyways. One of the bed room ceiling tiles were broken. The renovations seems to have done a while ago. Again, its in an older condo building. Its budded up right next to the woods. We saw a bear in the parking lot, so we didn't feel safe after that to venture out especially at night. Its close enough to everything, but only if you are used to walking. The host told us about the free trollies too!

Perfect size for 2 couples. Very cute. HVAC was a bit noisy and hard to adjust evenly. Slow sink drainage. Ok location- I didn’t realize that we would be so far up a hill from town. Not walkable for our 70 year old group. Thankful for an elevator to bring luggage up and down.

The condo was very clean. It was located very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a very nice stay with our family. Our host responded very quickly and gave us very detailed information. We even had the excitement of a few sightings of bears on property!
