El área de la piscina tiene una sala de estar cubierta al aire libre con parrilla. El área de estacionamiento y el garaje pueden acomodar 8 vehículos de tamaño estándar.

El segundo piso es el punto focal del espacio interior con una elegante sala de estar contemporánea con ventanas de piso a techo para disfrutar de la luz natural y las vistas del golfo, centro de entretenimiento incorporado con estantes flotantes y abierto a la cocina y el comedor para un flujo óptimo. . **Review for "Coast is Clear" Vacation Home – Honest Feedback After Our Stay**Now that I’ve had time to rest after our vacation, I want to share an honest review of our recent stay at *Coast is Clear*. The home is undeniably beautiful — spacious, stylish, and equipped with great outdoor spaces like the private pool and patio areas, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. However, considering we paid **\7,333** for this rental, we encountered far too many issues that made our stay less than ideal.One of the biggest concerns was the **elevator**. We specifically chose this home because we had a couple of family members with disabilities who could not climb four flights of stairs. When we arrived, there was a sign posted stating that improper use of the elevator could result in a **\350 charge**, which made us hesitant to even use it. The elevator also required three separate doors to be operated, which was confusing at first. A maintenance technician eventually showed one of our family members how to use it, but we were disappointed to find that the elevator could only be accessed from the **first floor going up** — it could not be used from the **third floor going down**, which was frustrating and inaccessible for our disabled guest.We also had issues with **hot water** in several of the bathrooms. Some showers only ran cold water, and our family was forced to take cold showers. Maintenance confirmed the issue and contacted a plumber, but it was never fully resolved duri

Beautiful big house-perfect for large family

We stayed with our 5 adult children and their families. 20 people total. The house was beautiful and about a 8-10 minute walk from the beach. Private beach access that was never crowded. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Private pool was enjoyed as much as the beach. (It would be nice if some beach toys were left for families to use.) Furnishings were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Linens could use replaced. (Towels were thin and sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattresses.)We cooked every day in the very large kitchen. Plenty of dishes and utensils, not enough pans. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Destin!

Coast is Clear was amazing! The pictures don't do this property justice. It was so large and spacious and perfect for our family group of 25! The swimming pool was larger than what we thought it would be and the water was very clean and refreshing. The children and adults enjoyed it very much, along with the pool table and foosball. It was great to have a private bathroom with each bedroom. We especially loved the fabulous kitchen and extra large dining table and living area! It was perfect for eating lots of meals together and gathering to visit and play games. The cart and chairs provided for the beach were helpful as was the chair and umbrella rental which was provided at the beach.

The home was beautiful and very clean. Any issues were quickly responded to my the property manager. There were a few issues with the hot tub/pool heat which took a few days to get fixed.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 people and it was enough space. The game room downstairs and the pool were a big hit with the kids. The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great location, great layout, great week

This was our sexcond year in a row staying at Coast is Clear. We love the house, love that we have private beach access with 2 chairs and an umbrella so we can stake our real estate on the beach. They updated the furniture and the kitchen remains extremely well stocked. Love having and upstairs and downstairs refrigerator. Beds super comfortable,, lots of places to hang outside, inside or in between. Would totally recommend this to anyone with large groups.

PERFECT layout and location!

We had a group of 19 with 10 adults and kids aged 1-18. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for large groups and the gathering areas are comfortable and large. We never felt cramped and frequently used the balconies, roof, and patio spaces too. Multiple refrigerators, washers/dryers, and dishwashers made mundane tasks easy. The wagon and beach chairs at the house were a great convenience. The private beach access is the true gem of this property. The walk is short. The vendor providing chairs and umbrellas is friendly and prompt. We were there during a busy time and the beach was clean and never over crowded. Many in our group walked to the nearby coffee shop each morning. The main complaint from each family in our group was the cleanliness. The floors were so filthy that our feet were black within the first hour of being there. The showers still had hair in them and one had a dirty towel left in it. We only stayed 4 nights so we didn’t want to spend time requesting a cleaning. I have no reason to believe the property manager wouldn’t have corrected this if we asked. With that being said, we would still rent this property again in a heartbeat. The kitchen and fridge were clean. And the pool was spotless. The owner has included so many little details that are great conveniences.

Perfect for our family vaca!!

This was a great space for our family! We all had our own space but lots of great spaces to be together!! The communication with property management was great - the only issue we had was w the 1st floor AC but we received a response within 5 minutes and it was fixed within 20 minutes. It was still working just not cooling as it should. I would recommend reading reviews from previous visitors and planning accordingly. We knew our group was large and we would need some big pans for cooking and previous reviews said there weren’t a lot so we took some with us. We also took a few more kitchen towels due to our experience overall at vacation rentals. We were prepared and it was a great week! It was a great neighborhood. We even met one of the permanent residents who visited with us one evening and gave us some of the history of the area. I would definitely stay again!!

Stay was okay - missing amenities!

The property was nice but the elevator was not working. Our elderly parents had a hard time going up and down the stairs. For a beach house, you’d expect the property to have beach towels for use but they didn’t. And for a house with a pool, you’d expect them to supply life jackets also but nope, none were provided. We had to pack life jackets and beach towels for our children which caused extra space taken in our suitcases that could have been used for something else. The property should invest in these for future renters.

80th Bday Family Vacation

Excellent house, perfect for a large group. Rooms were large, nice bathrooms, excellent sleeping arrangements for young adults, grade school children , and teens. Kitchen could have had larger pots and pans for cooking for large group. Also, extra blankets would have been nice. Loved the extra amenities like wine cooler, two refrigerators, and ice machine. Pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing time in Miramar Beach

We really enjoyed our time at this unit. We were a large group and utilized every bed, but it still felt like we had plenty of room. The place was very beautiful, and made our time together very enjoyable. I do plan to return.

Lovely Home

The home is exactly as defined. It was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Very comfy, which is always nice after a big day in the sun. The pool is a very nice size. There is plenty of room between the three floors to have space and activities for everyone. The teens favored the first floor and that's where they mainly hung out when not at the beach. They had the pool and pool table/game room to hang out. There were some things that were problematic for us; however, mostly, they are things outside of what we normally rent, and may not be important to others. 1. If members of your party have mobility issues, they will not be able to access the beach. Once one hits the beach entrance, there is roughly 20 steps to go down, and then up. 2. The houses are SO close to one another. 3. The elevator - if you are going to rely on the elevator, be certain to always have your cell phone with you. The elevator is unpredictable and we followed the instructions to a "T", and we got stuck 3 times. 4. Do not expect to enjoy sun with the pool. Great pool, but it gets very little sun, and the pool heat is definitely needed. The pool heat is the highest amount we have ever paid, yet, not heated to normal temps of other rentals.

Coast is “a”Clear WINNER

We stayed for our annual multi family beach weekend and the house was even better than we expected. Plenty of room for everyone, first place we have ever stayed that enough chairs at the table for us all to sit. Kitchen was great and well stocked, had enough cabinets eta and storage, extra fridge downstairs was great. Pool table and food ball table entertained the teens and college kids after nighttime swim and hanging in the hot tub. We rented a golf cart but really the walk to the private beach access was so easy we never used it. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella included was also a very great perk bc it gave us a place to stage the rest of our chairs. Also first house we’ve stayed that the pool alarm actually worked (nice for the 4year old). Area was quiet beach not too crowded and no tents allowed. Communication with rental agency was fantastic. Outdoor TV and grill were well used as well. Overall everyone agreed beat house and location in the whole 5 years we have been going to Destin.

Spacious, Clean, & Modern

Again….Spacious, Clean, & Modern! An amazing home with a short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed everything from the open living/dining room, to the outdoor kitchen/grill and pool, to the rooftop deck. The only downside was the quality of bath towels and the tabletop ironing board for such a luxurious home. We’ll stay again.

A Fabulous Get Away

This home was fabulous! The reviews indicating it was well equipped were accurate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is awesome! There were only 13 of us and 4 were ages 2-6, so we had plenty of bedrooms, but that was our plan. The pool was great for all including our small children. Walk to the beach and access was easy. We’d sure use the home again. Couple of items that need addressed…the fan knob for grill needs tightened as it comes off. The remotes for the TV outside don’t work well as the sensors on TV is not connected well and probably needs to be re-attached. Both easy to address. Thank you!

Great Group House!

Stayed here with 11 people for a bachelorette party beach weekend. House is massive and worked great. There are tons of beds as long as people don't mind sharing rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the table can fit 16 people. Make sure to bring your own salt, pepper, etc. Plus, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods since they only give you a few of each. The pool is in the shade for most of the day, so recommend getting it heated if possible.
