This was the perfect home away from home for our extended family vacation. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated salt water pool was perfect for our slightly cool days. The location can’t be beat, easy beach access with reserved chairs. Julie the host was attentive to of our pre arrival questions. The outdoor kitchen makes for easy meal prep. I can’t recommend this property enough. Would 100% return!

This place was fabulous! The host went well above what was expected to accommodate our requests. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook in more than we expected. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool with privacy was amazing! The walk to the beach was easy and the provided chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated. This place provided the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would stay here again if we were coming to this area.

We have traveled and stayed in many houses this one by far was our favorite . We absolutely loved the house and the area. Julia was amazing she was easy to get ahold of . We will most definitely be back.

Great Stay

Property was clean and stocked with things you need I gave a four star because quite of few clean had stains and holes in them and beds had a sinkhole in the middle of at least 3 of the bedrooms so beds were not very comfortable but my overall stay was great owner communication was great and pleasant I would recommend the property but I also recommend new mattress and towels other than that great property.

This house was amazing. Very spacious and very accommodating. Any and everything we need was present in the home. From the bedrooms, to the kitchen and the pool area, anything we could have thought of was there and ready for our use. From pool toys, an outdoor kitchen to beach chairs and carts. It was all there. Beautiful and phenomenal home. And not only was the house perfect, so was the host!!! She answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and even made great suggestions to make our stay even better. Mrs Julie is truly a gifted host and she gets nothing but 5 stars from my family and I!! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

We had a large group of all ages and everyone had everything they needed for the perfect vacation. The house is large with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very close to the beach and quiet enough to relax. I have no complaints 10/10

Great place to stay

We had such a wonderful time at Julie's house! Julie truly was an exceptional host, making sure everything was perfect before our arrival. The house was spotless.We can't wait to visit again!

FABULOUS STAY!

We loved our stay here for our family gathering. The propertywas just as pictured on the VRBO site. Our property manager, Julie, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our visit. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Bachelorette trip

Well stocked house-and great location. Some small issues like dirty comforter in one of the rooms, makeup stained towels. Had a lot of rain and had to keep cleaning the pool-someone should have come and had some backup plumbing issues-not the owners fault, but the plumbers threw nasty towels on the floor and left so we had to rearrange some rooms

Hi Missi, I was surprised to hear this as I had checked with you twice during your stay and both times you texted back how wonderful the home was and how much you all loved it. The last night of your stay you texted me (Sunday at 6 pm) that there was a plumbing back up and I had a plumber out at within an hour. They discovered that a contractor laying fiber had broken one of our pipes - completely out of our control unfortunately. I was glad that I could get the issue addressed so quickly especially on a Sunday night. I wish that you had let me know if you felt that there was any cleaning issues while here because you told me all was great. I would have had our cleaner come back. When I checked on you, you said all was great. We have never had a cleaning complaint with 58 reviews 10 out of 10. I know that the weather was so disappointing while you were here as it rained almost the whole time. Our pool company comes twice a week to clean the pool and additionally after severe weather but they cannot clean the pool during storms due to safety reasons. We are always very responsive and hands on and I am sorry to see that you were not happy but I cannot fix something if you don't let me know. I wish you all the best, Julie Youmans

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Second time just as amazing as the first!

This was the second time I stayed at this house in the past few years. Truly has everything you can imagine and more! Great place for families or a group of friends. Julie and Kyle were both fantastic to work with as well. Would HIGHLY recommend!

wonder beach house with grand outdoor space.

The house was very nice with a very equipt kitchen.. The outdoor space was amazing with lots of seating. We used the very modern grill a lot. It was a short walk to the beach and having our own unbrellas and chairs put out daily really pampered us.

Fantastic Property

Our entire family truly enjoyed Emerald Oasis. It’s like a home away from home, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space is terrific, whether grilling, swimming or laying in the sun. Short walk to beach and easy walk to dining options. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space, while dining and outdoor areas accommodate everyone together comfortably. Hope to come back soon.

Stop right there and just book this place

If you’re reading this and this place is still available: book it. This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!

BOOK IT!

The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

Great Stay

The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!

Better than advertised

Despite sky-high expectations, Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, very well maintained, abundant flatware and dishware, splendid pool, superb outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living space, 4 (!) refrigerators, 2 ice makers, 8 flat screen TVs, central sound system. Each of the 5 master en-suites is luxurious. Great location, and the beach set-ups are very convenient, The best compliment I can offer is that it was as if the owners left it exactly as it is when they stay there.
