Great place

I would recommend this beautiful house. The one negative was the neighbor behind the pool yelled at our pre-teens who were playing in the pool at 8pm on a Saturday night. They may discourage me from renting here again.

Beautiful home. Great location. Love everything about the house. Very Clean. Picture Perfect!!! I love it when something went wrong, I call, and maintenance was right there. Family members could not believe how wonderful the house was and wants to come back. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Fun fun

We went to the property as a large group. The house was very clean. We did have some issues with equipment In the beginning but were able to get jn touch with the customer service and had someone fix it the very next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the pool. The location was very convenient to the beach. Definitely will revisit.

Perfect Vacation house for Family and Friends Vacation!

What a perfect place for our crew! We loved that there were king beds and baths in all the rooms and that the kid bunk rooms had plenty of sleeping space. The multiple level family areas was so great for boy gaming on one level and card playing on another. The house was so spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was fully stocked and top of the line. The pool area ahhhhhh so absolutely amazing. When we weren’t at the beach we were hanging there. We hope to rsvp this house every other year when we vacation together. There were some check in complications but that was due to the group prior not leaving the home in great shape. The management company got things in good order asap and we had the beach to keep us busy. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.

Appearance vs Reality

Everyday appliances were turning off and we had to reset breakers daily in kitchen. Ice maker garbage disposal and microwave. It was horrible. Then we tried using outdoor grills. They were either so hard to light or didn’t light or didn’t stay lit. We had all this food that went to waste. And repeated calls to management never responded to any maintenance people coming.

Amazing house with poor management company!

We were stunned after checking in at how amazing this house is! The pictures were amazing, but the house wows way past them. We had several items at the house that weren't working (hot tub, pool and outdoor lights, no corn hole bags, elevator, and golf cart) but after trying to contact the management team several times, were not able to use several of the amenities listed. The cleaning crew arrived 3 hours early to check out and were waiting on the front door for us to leave while we were enjoying our last few hours at the house which was very awkward. We told them we'd be leaving 30 min early but they insisted on waiting right by the door. Overall the trip was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the elements we thought would make this house over the top but the house and location to the beach made up for it.

November 2021 Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving week at the house with 3 generations. Loved the spaciousness of the house, the clean big bedrooms, the 2 dishwashers, the ice machines, the bikes, the 4th floor views with a fire pit, and the pool & fire pits! We had a few issues that 360 Blue maintenance immediately responded to which included: pool issues(valve under warranty-not fixed) pool & hot tub did get warm but hot tub not working as should during our stay, electrical surge? so grill & tv on 4th floor weren’t working (tv was immediately replaced), and one back sliding door wasn’t locking due to bent latch holder-fixed on the day of the call. Our recommendations are to have more serving bowls, more cooking utensils, & to have sharp good knives. Lots of cooking this week so kitchen items were needed more than a usual beach stay.
