We loved our stay!

Such a perfect little house for our family of 4! We had a blast! The girls caught their first fish ever, which was so exciting. House had everything we needed, even laundry which was a lifesaver. House was immaculate. We had a golf cart and rented beach chairs and just had the best time. Will definitely come again!

This condo is located across the street from a coffee shop, a pizza place and the lawn where there’s movies and music at night, plus an ice cream truck. It was so easy to get around with our kids. We took a golf cart to the beach, but walked everywhere else. Parking just steps from the porch door at this unit was so convenient too!

Though located directly across the street from the town square, the condo was quiet and cozy. Beach access was only a short walk or quick golf cart ride away. The resort provided great restaurants and entertainment all week long including karaoke and concerts which could be enjoyed from the condo front porch. The only downside was the very tight and limited parking available around town square causing some visitors to utilize parking reserved for condo residents.

Read before you pick this condo to stay at

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at cinnamon shore in several different condos and we’ve had good experiences. This condo was our least favorite for a couple of reasons. It had very little kitchen supplies and everything was unorganized and dirty. The shower in the master bedroom was disgusting and had mold and bugs in it. Also, the bed sheets in all of the rooms were extremely scratchy and very uncomfortable and after six nights of sleeping in full clothes we were over it and ready for home. You can tell it’s strictly a rental and not a vacation home so it lacked any warmth. Won’t be picking 3102 again!

Never want to leave!

We have always loved going to Cinnamon Shores but this visit was exceptional! Our condo was absolutely perfect for our family of seven! The location is the absolute best. We were on the ground level which made loading and unloading our cars a breeze. Being right in Town Center is also a huge plus because you’re near everything—the fishing pond, restaurants, live music, and the largest of their 3 pools. We rented a golf cart and it made getting to the beach and into town so FUN and easy. Our kids feel like royalty every time we visit! They rep their CA gear proudly. Cinnamon Shores knows beach resort luxury and that is what you get every time you visit. From the impeccable customer service, stylish home decor and furnishings, 5-star amenities, close proximity to all Port A restaurants and shops, and ease of travel (only 2 hours from San Antonio)…it’s a no-brainer for us to visit multiple times a year! Coming from Chicago, where we lived near the picturesque waters of Lake Michigan, Cinnamon Shores and Port A have become new waterfront escapes for us Texas transplants! We will definitely be staying at this condo whenever we visit CS!

The condo was so cute and way bigger than we thought it would be which was perfect for our vacation. Everyone went out of their way for us and made us feel completely at home. There was so much to do and we felt that our kids could be kids. We weren’t having to hush them or keep them in a box. They could run around and have fun, while we were still able to relax. The golf cart was fantastic and really made getting to the beach and around the property easy.We are already planning our next trip back and cannot wait to make this an annual adventure.

A Family’s First

Our apartment was clean, well kept, super cutely decorated with aquatic animals, conveniently located to the cafe, restaurants, and live music. Our children and ourselves slept very comfortably and we would certainly book again with Cinnamon Shores in a heartbeat. We made wonderful memories during our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Reviewer Comments: We found Cinnamon Shores after much research to find a vacation spot on Texas Gulf to coincide with a side trip we had scheduled in Houston. We looked from Galvaston to Corpus Christi and chose Cinammon Shore because we wanted the resort experience. Being from the Carolinas, we have no shortage of beach destinations and have stayed in properties similar to Cinammon Shore over the years. We liked the daily schedule of activities, on-sight food options, and staffed pools with drink and food menus. The restaurants and pool bar food was awesome and the service was exceptional. The restaurant staff were all helpful and made great recommendations. The pool staff really stood out. They were extremely attentive and remembered our family from the prior day's visits, called us by name, and made sure we always had what we needed. This was important as we flew in and diddly have our usual "beach vacation" supplies with us. The service really stood out as compared to similar properties we have vacationed in the past.The accommodations were as expected - clean and accurate to the website and our unit was right next to the main area of entertainment, so we were always close to the action. Maybe the best surprise was the generally "chill" vibe of the resort and surrounding area. Regardless of what time we showed up, there always seemed to be a place to sit and set up shop for the day. The 2 restaurants do get busy in the evenings, so plan ahead for dinner, but both were very good! Our whole experience was taken over the top by being in the Port A and Mustang Island area. The beach was never overcrowded and the ability to drive your car or golf cart on the beach was so cool. We rented a golf cart from Sage Rentals and zipped back and forth between the CS North and South plus multiple trips to Port A to take in the classic beach town experience. Despite having local options in the Carolinas, we are already looking at opportunities to come back.

At first we thought it was just an matter of it trying to catch up with the Texas heat, at night it would actually get hotter inside until we knew it was definitely not working properly, we called front desk and maintenance came to take a look, upon confirming it wasn’t working they said it was an issue that couldn’t be fixed that day. We were promptly called by Megan at the front desk and offered a nearby condo for our final night and it felt like heaven to sleep with proper air conditioning during Texas summer heat! These things happen and it doesn’t take away from the wonderful rental, we’re just thankful that Cinnamon Shore was able to arrange alternate accommodations to address this.

We love the architecture, cleanliness, pools, and general feel of the community. The condo we stayed was beautifully decorated and clean!! The king & queen beds and pillows were very comfy. However, the top bunk bed was a bit firm. Other than the mattress, the only constructive comment would be to get better toilet paper as it was very thin. :) The beach was nice. The pool was heated - which was awesome. Beware that some of the island's restaurants may have a 1+ hour wait for dinner. We would definitely return again.

Not a Comfortable Stay

Master bedroom is small; it is too small for a lengthy stay. Living room furniture is not very comfortable.We booked the condo for two nights, but left after one night. Staff in leasing office is excellent!

Good time under the circumstances

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a very nice place. Owners were excellent in answering questions, and the place was very comfortable. Overall experience a little hampered by the COVID circumstances and not being able to speak directly to office staff. AT&T cell coverage not the greatest out there so text messages could get delayed. Food offerings (pizza and grill) were excellent, both in service and taste. Market was very convenient and well stocked. Valet for the golf carts could use some organization, but the rules about not taking the carts on the beach (not CS fault) need to be rethought, as it encourages the opposite of social distancing when you have to pull a wagon on the beach. We would visit again and will look for this condo first.
