This house is completely new inside and fully furnished! 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 full baths, large TV room with a 55 inch flat screen TV, Roku, free wifi, internet, leather couch and chairs. Each bedroom has a TV with a Amazon Fire Stick. The property is on a one acre lot with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. New deck area with Weber barbecue grill. Enjoy the peace and quiet while being only 2.8 miles from Dreams Park Baseball fields, 2.8 miles from Ommegang Brewery, 3 miles to Baseball Hall of Fame and 1 mile from several restaurants and shops.

This property is so close to the downtown Cooperstown area! We had wonderful reception with our cell phones which when we stayed at other places out side of the main city area has been an issue. The Wi-Fi works well! Everything was very comfortable!

It was a perfect location and had all the necessities that is needed in a comfortable rental. Bed comfort. Kitchen accessories. Bathrooms. Quietness to the house. Laundry available. We had an original complaint of a bit of cleanliness, not anything drastic, alerted the owner and he was super prompt about a response. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend to anyone needing a nice stay in Cooperstown.

This was a great place to stay. Three good sized bedrooms, all with double beds. Two great bathrooms with good water pressure. Appliances worked great. Living area was comfortable. The place was overall pretty clean when we got there. They also had supplies like trashbags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. There was even some shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. available. There were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Literally my only "sort of" complaint is that the property is on a fairly busy road, so in order to walk our dog, we had to take him closer into town. But honestly, it was nice seeing the town anyway, so that wasn't even a big deal. The property was a 5 minute drive to the Cooperstown ball park. Overall, we were VERY happy with our stay.

The house is in a great location to Cooperstown Dream Park and the downtown area. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the property. Needs a deep cleaning. Sink in lower level bathroom would not drain. It looked like the sheets had not been changed from previous stay. Couldn't leave any food out on kitchen counter because there were centipede bugs on the counter. Sheets and towels need to be replaced. Felt like I was in a frat house. Sorry to give this review but I needed to be honest.
