Beach Time is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house set on an elevated site with views to Mangawhai Heads and the Brynderwyns. Handily located for everything Mangawhai has to offer with the estuary, Wood St shops, cafes, restaurants and Four Square within walking distance and everything else only a short drive away.
Ideal for families, there is a flat front lawn and a playground with flying fox, swing, slide, fireman's pole, hammock and climbing rope. Relax in the covered outdoor seating area while watching the kids play after a day at the beach.
It has a well stocked kitchen and Nespresso machine, BYO pods. There is plenty of off-street parking and a single garage. There is also now a second toilet in the outhouse and an outside shower by the garage which is great for rinsing off after a visit to the beach.
This child and pet-friendly property is a great spot for 1-2 families to enjoy Magical Mangawhai.
NOTES:

Please note that whilst the owner has endeavoured to ensure that the playground equipment is maintained in good condition, it is used at guest's own risk and children should be supervised at all times.


The property is fully fenced for small children and small to medium dogs but larger dogs or good jumpers may be able to scale the fence or retaining wall in places.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
