Kneedeepは、Headsの静かな袋小路の端にある美しく整えられた、日当たりの良い、モダンな別荘です。最近完成したこの別荘は、オープンプランのリビング/ダイニング/キッチン、マスターベッドルーム、そしてもちろん屋根付きデッキから見える素晴らしい��口の景色を最��限に活用できるように設計されています。

家の両側にデッキがあると、太陽を捕まえて風を避けることができます。家から河口の端まで降りるコースがあり、カヤックは潮が許す限り利用できます（満潮の両側約2時間）。

冬の滞在の場合、ガス暖炉と二重窓により、潮の満ち引きを見て美しい夕日を体験しながら、居心地の良い暖かさ��保つことができます。消火禁止が設定されていないときに使用できるファイアピットがありますが、独自の木材を供給する必要があります（通常、地元の4広場から購入できます）

マンガファイヘッズのh騒から離れた静かな袋小路、Tamoana Closeに位置し、子供向けのゴルフコースとマンガファイアクティビティゾーンまで徒歩15分です。長く散歩したい場合は、Wood St Shopsまで25分、またはVillage and market��で徒歩40分��、サーフビーチを含むすべてが車で約5分以内です。

Awesome property for family and friends

Amazing property with heaps of room and a great location with stunning views. So well equipped and close to town for stocking up with supplies. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated and wished we could have stayed longer.

Stunning estuary views

The view from the living space hits you as you walk in and the deck provides a fantastic place to unwind. Wonderfully positioned for all the local beaches and facilities. A very comfortable and easy place to holiday!

Great house with amazing view

Really fantastic stay at this property. It's really modern and beautifully presented. The view is exceptional, you could sit all day and look out at it. The house is large and easily fit our party of three couples. There is lots of games and books and the kayaks were fun to use out on the estuary. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing weekend away

Lovely spot overlooking the peaceful estuary, very clean house and easy to navigate. We had a girls weekend getaway and did lots of cooking and eating so it was perfect for that. It's probably more of a summer house as the gas fire wasn't working and there are no heat pumps, however the house was nicely insulated so the heaters were fine. Would recommend to others.

Brilliant

Ever changing views from this beautiful property, and within walking distance or a few minutes drive to walking tracks, etc. The museum is walking distance & definitely worth a visit. Local food & markets were awesome. Highly recommend Knee-Deep. We were 2 couples on a getaway to celebrate our collective birthdays & this was the perfect accommodation

Lovely quiet location overlooking the tidal estuary. A well appointed modern property made for a very comfortable stay with old friends. Highly recommended.

Lovely house with great views

We had a relaxing weekend, cozying up by the fireplace and the outdoor firepit. The house was well equipped and very clean, large enough for kids to play hide and seek for hours. Morning paddle on the estuary was a cherry on top.

Kneedeep is great

This is a comfortable modern home away from home, with everything you need plus a great lagoon outlook and a deck to enjoy it from. There's plenty of room and the sunny corners capture morning and afternoon rays when you need them. Top spot!

Entertainers Delight

A girls weekend away at this property is a 'must'. Beautiful view, entertainers kitchen and living area, huge deck, comfy beds. The only small improvement would be some glass wine glasses to give that last top notch experience.

Property was perfect for our group & stay. Big enough to give everyone some space, and great view

Property was great set up for our group of 4 adults & 4 children. Estuary was a real hit being close by but also ability to get to either town village was also a bonus. Deck was great for night time relaxing.

Paradise on the Estuary

This was a Beautiful, super clean and well appointed house with amazing views over the estuary. The kids loved jumping off the little jetty and using the kayaks. The location is perfect with shops, skate park and beach all a short drive away. We loved our stay and wish we didn't have to leave!

Wonderful Place

Recently stayed at this property. It's amazing, plenty of room for a large family. Quality of facilities are amazing, so are the views. Location is good, short walk to the activity zone where children have lots to do then a short walk from there to Wood St, where you can access shops. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lovely bathrooms. Loved the dinning table as was big enough for us all to eat dinner around. Great Kitchen for cooking in. This was a weekend away for my sisters and our partners to enjoy each others company at the same time having plenty of space so we were not under each others feet. Would book this place again.
