Located just 1 block from downtown Loudonville, The Kimton House offers parks, shops, eateries, cultural attractions, nightlife, churches, and lots of recreation all within walking distance. After a long day of canoeing, hiking and biking, enjoy an evening of sitting on the front porch watching the end of a good day go by. The Kimton House offers one theme, Relax. Watch your favorite movie, program or game on a 50' plasma TV while kicking back on an overstuffed couch or loveseat. Or, play a good card game in the library with your closest circle of friends or family. Better yet, if food is your passion, Kimton's full kitchen and dining room is sure to please. Time for bed? Retire to one of Kimton's upstairs bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with sateen sheets. Both full bathrooms, having a shower AND bathtub, are found upstairs as well.

MTB weekend

Great location, just one block from Main St. The house was clean, quiet and well appointed. The owner was exceptionally responsive to all inquiries. My guests and I would highly recommend this property.

Met family here for the weekend. Very centrally-located to town where we got dinner one night, and also Mohican Adventures where we floated the river. Great space to all get together!

Your home and location was perfect for my family. Spacious with plenty of seating options for our 7 adults. Add to the character of the home, which brought back many memories. Short walk to Main Street shops and to the Farmers Market. Walking to get ice cream before bedtime was a treat! Also an easy drive to Mohican Malabar Farm State Parks. Highly recommend this rental!

This spacious house had plenty of indoor seating and the front porch is comfortable for breakfast & lounging. The early morning traffic is pretty heavy and noisy. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows & blankets. The separate shower is snug. If you go through a lot of hand towels I would bring your own. The smores box was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great visit & we would definitely rent this home again.

Spacious and comfortable house right off Main St.

If you’re staying in Loudonville, you can’t beat this house. It had everything you’d need and plenty of room. It was even bigger than I expected from the listing.
