The PERFECT spot!

Everything was perfect from the location to the host's responsiveness. They answered any questions we had instantly. The house was just as advertised and was a great place for us. You may think it seems small by the square footage but my family of 5 had no issues at all. Parking was fine and it is a very short walk to Harbour Town and you're almost guaranteed to see deer while walking and from the porch. The house had all the supplies needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Amazing space in a touristy, but quiet area of the island. Walkable to shops and restaurants and to the trolley which takes you to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Hilton Head Getaway: Comfort, Adventure, and Relaxation

Our four-night stay at this Hilton Head home was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a peaceful retreat, yet close to all the action. We were just a short bike ride away from Harbour Town and the many activities in Sea Pines.The house itself was comfortable, well-designed, and stocked with everything we needed. The large windows provided beautiful views of the marsh, and we spent plenty of time relaxing in the natural light. The bikes provided were an added bonus, making it easy to explore the area on two wheels.While the house was amazing, we really took advantage of all Sea Pines had to offer. One of our favorite activities was pickleball. We played at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which was a great spot to enjoy some friendly competition. Afterward, we visited a few local restaurants, enjoying everything from fresh seafood to casual bites. It was nice to have such a variety of places to choose from, each offering its own unique charm.We also took a dolphin tour, which was definitely a highlight. Seeing dolphins in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience, and it gave us a whole new appreciation for the coastal wildlife. Of course, no visit to Hilton Head is complete without time at the beach. We spent a few afternoons at the Sea Pines Beach Club, soaking up the sun, playing in the surf, and just relaxing with a view.Overall, this home provided the perfect base for exploring Hilton Head. Whether it was biking through Sea Pines, playing pickleball, dining out, or just enjoying the natural beauty of the island, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure on Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful experience!

Kirk's house is so great for a small group! It has absolutely everything you need. He is a wonderful host and very attentive. The beds were comfy, it was very clean and little thoughtful touches were provided. The location is BEAUTIFUL as well as quiet and you can ride bikes to the beach through beautiful Sea Pines, or walk to Harbor Town. We would definitely come back again. Thank you, Kirk!

Island Luxury ~ secluded nature setting

Extremely lucky to find this gem. Our first time to HHI; my husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for my birthday. The location of Kirk's place was perfect! It felt like we were on a secluded island, with the southern charm of canopy trees, but it was only a short walk or bike ride to restaurants, coffee and shops! Kirk is a very responsive and resourceful host; unlike many other hosts we have worked with. The accommodations were just as photographed. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. We didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee; however, it appeared to be fully stocked for those interested in staying in. We preferred to visit the local establishments and enjoy the island by bike, provided by Kirk. The nightly sightings of the local island deer was an added plus! We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay in this great treehouse very much. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect for us. Kirk is a wonderful host with his communications regarding check in and out, even offering us early check in.Great experience all around, will definitely consider coming back to this beautiful treehouse and recommend to friends.

Location, location, location!

The Treehouse offered my family a perfect little summer retreat. Loved that it was located just a short walk away from Harbour Town. Home was just the right size for my family of 4 and contained all the comforts of home. Owner was very responsive and accommodating as well. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Amazing, Unique Stay!

I can't say enough good things about our treehouse stay! First, the host communication was incredible--Kurt reached out early and often to provide recommendations for our family vacation, and was extremely responsive when we reached out to him with questions. Once we arrived, we were so pleased with the design of the space, the cleanliness, and how well stocked everything was. Our kids loved being in the trees, seeing deer and wildlife and the short walk to the nearby playground and town. When our family came down with a bug toward the end of our stay, Kurt was very accommodating and allowed us to stay another night to avoid having to travel while not feeling well. I would highly recommend this fun treehouse and Kurt as a host, and will definitely rebook for our next HHI visit!

Great Experience!

This was one of the most unique places I've ever stayed! Truly felt like you were in the trees. Perfect location! Super short walk to Harbour Town with shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped kitchen and lots of towels and extra blankets. It was the perfect place to get away from Michigan's winter for a few days. The host was easy to communicate with and even messaged to let us know we could check in early with out me having to ask! Definitely will not regret your stay here!

Returning Vacationers!

This was our second time at this property and it was just the best. Everything on the inside and outside of this home is intentional and thoughtful—from the beach chairs, bikes, curtains with clips, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. It’s all there for you! Can’t wait for our third stay.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe this wonderful property. My husband and I have rented many vacation homes in a variety of locations over the past several years, and this treehouse surpassed them all. A fully equipped kitchen, with comfortable beds, laundry facilities, and bikes galore. What truly made our month-long stay spectacular was the fact that the property is managed by the owner. From restaurant recommendations, to immediate attention to a couple of minor issues, the service was impeccable. Management companies never provide this kind of personalized attention. Wonderful stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the well equipped house and especially the bikes! The location is great and so close to the marina and nightly walks for ice cream! Miss that! First time using the trolley system and it works so well. Communication was very good and appreciated with all kinds of info for unit and areas. We appreciate the use of your property! Island time is so good for the soul! Although I did not finish my art I got some good ideas and photos.

BEST PLACE EVER!

What a special place by Harbortown!!! This sea loft is luxury and special and just so sooo different to your normal condo or apartment or house on Hilton Head Island. It is a place you will never forget, won't want to leave and will take your breath away. This was our first time on Hilton Head and friends told us about Sea Pines in general and after a bit of hunting on VRBO I came across this place and just thought it had that something different, that something out of the ordinary appealed to us. The photos all show this and trust me it is even better in person ! Everything about it is just gorgeous. The furniture, decor, fixtures, bedding and colours are calming and sophisticated. GREAT STYLE taking in the nautical elements of HHI while still being classy. Everything was just perfect, beds comfortable, linens fantastic, bikes included and all you might want to use at the beach. And as a bonus you get a sunset view from the round umbrella table looking out over the water through the pines. We had our morning coffee/tea soaking in the sun and warmth overlooking the bridge in the rocking chairs. Our weather was a bit cooler being mid-March, perfect to bike on the many trails in Sea Pines, and sunny/warm enough to walk on beaches with a hoodie. We wanted to be surrounded by nature and this sea loft gives you exactly that. You are surrounded by it. We even saw deer in the evening right from the raised decks and fed them carrots as well as the horses at Lawton Stables. We also loved the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Shelter Cove Waterwalk Park and Vetern's Memorial Park, and the Audoban Newhall Preserve . We enjoyed Salty Dog for lunch and a long walk on South Beach where we saw a dolphin. We were just so pleased with our choice of staying here. Kirk's communication was fantastic before and during our stay. We can't wait to go back. What a fantastic holiday from the winter in Ottawa, Canada. We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world over the last 15 years, and this is one of THE most special and memorable.

Great experience!

We had a great time at the Treehouse. We love the architecture and it was just right for two couples. We liked the short walk (5 min) to Harbourtown for dinner out yet the property is very private nestled in the trees on the edge of the salt marsh. Appreciate the bicycles (which were in very good condition) and all the up-to-date furnishings and appliances. As a final note, the owner was very responsive and communication was great. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Best house!

We loved everything about this place! The short walk into Harbour Town was so convenient. Our 4 year old and 11 month old loved the playground and lighthouse. The house is updated and the decor is so cute and cozy. Kirk, the owner was great at communicating with us. We already have it booked for the spring and we can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Home!!

HHI has been an annual trip for our family for over a decade! We usually rent a large, luxury home in either Sea Pines or Palmetto Dunes with another family. This year it was just our small family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids-14 and 9) so we “downsized” or rental accommodations this year. Staying in this lovely treehouse certainly didn’t feel like we downsized! The furniture, the sleeping accommodations, linens and bedding were so high quality and, in many ways, better than some of the luxury rentals we’ve rented in years’ past. We LOVED the location of this home. It was so fabulous to hop on the bikes the owner provided and ride all over Sea Pines. My kids loved it! We love the Sea Pines Beach Club, and it is any easy drive with excellent parking. This home was so clean, and the owners have truly thought of everything you may need. I enjoyed the personalized service since the owner manages this property himself. So much better than dealing with the many large management companies for most homes on the island. I can't say enough what a wonderful and unique home this was; we want our own treehouse now!

Like staying at your favorite uncle and aunt’s house

We loved our stay here. Super clean, beautifully remodeled, tastefully decorated, nice dishes and cutlery (really appreciated that), and incredibly convenient, with a short, 3 minute walk to the best parts of Sea Pines (great playground, great restaurants, lighthouse). The owners are truly wonderful people. They have thought of every detail: games to play, umbrellas, flashlights, picnic basket, grill, bicycles, nice soap / shampoo / conditioner in the bathrooms, well stocked kitchen — really any and everything you could want or need. And they really went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. Lots of fantastic recommendations, and a fast, helpful answer to every question. You really get the sense they care about whether you have a nice vacation. They were especially kind about ensuring our young son knew about all the great things Hilton Head has to offer. Highly recommend, and without hesitation.
