Amazing space in a touristy, but quiet area of the island. Walkable to shops and restaurants and to the trolley which takes you to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate that the host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home was cozy and clean. Our favorite part of this home is the location. We loved watching wildlife from the home and strolling in to Harbor Town.

The PERFECT spot!

Everything was perfect from the location to the host's responsiveness. They answered any questions we had instantly. The house was just as advertised and was a great place for us. You may think it seems small by the square footage but my family of 5 had no issues at all. Parking was fine and it is a very short walk to Harbour Town and you're almost guaranteed to see deer while walking and from the porch. The house had all the supplies needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience!

Kirk's house is so great for a small group! It has absolutely everything you need. He is a wonderful host and very attentive. The beds were comfy, it was very clean and little thoughtful touches were provided. The location is BEAUTIFUL as well as quiet and you can ride bikes to the beach through beautiful Sea Pines, or walk to Harbor Town. We would definitely come back again. Thank you, Kirk!

Beautifully furnished and stocked treehouse, great location.

Enjoyed our stay in this great treehouse very much. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect for us. Kirk is a wonderful host with his communications regarding check in and out, even offering us early check in.Great experience all around, will definitely consider coming back to this beautiful treehouse and recommend to friends.

Location, location, location!

The Treehouse offered my family a perfect little summer retreat. Loved that it was located just a short walk away from Harbour Town. Home was just the right size for my family of 4 and contained all the comforts of home. Owner was very responsive and accommodating as well. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great property

Our family loved staying here. It’s super close to the playground at Harbor Town, which our kids love. Everything is updated and well organized. Communication was great. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Stay in a treehouse with amenities!

Fabulous location right outside Harbor town yet feels like you are secluded on the marsh. Owner is very responsive & strives to provide everything you need. We especially enjoyed having bikes ready at the property so we didn’t need to rent. Would highly recommend this for a couples or small families.

Awesome Experience!

We had a great stay ! All the furnishings in this unit were exceptional from lighting, decor, appliances, to the bedding. Communication with the owner was a great experience. Location was optimal for playing golf on the island I would rent this unit again and again!

Returning Vacationers!

This was our second time at this property and it was just the best. Everything on the inside and outside of this home is intentional and thoughtful—from the beach chairs, bikes, curtains with clips, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. It’s all there for you! Can’t wait for our third stay.

Perfect girls weekend

The property is as beautiful in person as the photos depict. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. We enjoyed walking and exploring and also relaxing on the porch with wine, watching for deer and seeing the sunset. We can’t wait to come back

Best house!

We loved everything about this place! The short walk into Harbour Town was so convenient. Our 4 year old and 11 month old loved the playground and lighthouse. The house is updated and the decor is so cute and cozy. Kirk, the owner was great at communicating with us. We already have it booked for the spring and we can’t wait to go back!

Great Experience!

This was one of the most unique places I've ever stayed! Truly felt like you were in the trees. Perfect location! Super short walk to Harbour Town with shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped kitchen and lots of towels and extra blankets. It was the perfect place to get away from Michigan's winter for a few days. The host was easy to communicate with and even messaged to let us know we could check in early with out me having to ask! Definitely will not regret your stay here!

Great break in a fabulous place.

Having not been able to travel outside of Canada for two years, this get away provided a much needed break from home and cold weather. The place was great and included everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bikes, the view and the proximity to Harbour Town. I also loved having a yoga mat available. Kirk and Pam were very helpful and responsive hosts. Thanks!

Great experience!

We had a great time at the Treehouse. We love the architecture and it was just right for two couples. We liked the short walk (5 min) to Harbourtown for dinner out yet the property is very private nestled in the trees on the edge of the salt marsh. Appreciate the bicycles (which were in very good condition) and all the up-to-date furnishings and appliances. As a final note, the owner was very responsive and communication was great. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Island Luxury ~ secluded nature setting

Extremely lucky to find this gem. Our first time to HHI; my husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for my birthday. The location of Kirk's place was perfect! It felt like we were on a secluded island, with the southern charm of canopy trees, but it was only a short walk or bike ride to restaurants, coffee and shops! Kirk is a very responsive and resourceful host; unlike many other hosts we have worked with. The accommodations were just as photographed. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. We didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee; however, it appeared to be fully stocked for those interested in staying in. We preferred to visit the local establishments and enjoy the island by bike, provided by Kirk. The nightly sightings of the local island deer was an added plus! We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the well equipped house and especially the bikes! The location is great and so close to the marina and nightly walks for ice cream! Miss that! First time using the trolley system and it works so well. Communication was very good and appreciated with all kinds of info for unit and areas. We appreciate the use of your property! Island time is so good for the soul! Although I did not finish my art I got some good ideas and photos.

Tree-mendous Lodging

This home is truly spectacular. Nestled in the trees on a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of Harbour Town shops, restaurants, lighthouse and pier. Floor to ceiling windows throughout with great views. Super clean and very well stocked. The hosts are extremely helpful, communicative and generous. This was our first stay on Hilton Head Island and we’ll be back. Sixty plus miles of paved, off-road biking/walking trails, ocean, golf, shopping, restaurants, horseback riding, forest preserve and more are within just a few minutes from the house.
