みんなと毛皮のような家族のための部屋がある快適でプライベート��家族の休日の家。 この居心地の良い家は、静かな住宅街にあるオープンプランです。

バーベキューと完全にフェンスで囲まれた安全な庭を備えたサニーバックベランダ。

ショップ、カフェ、ビーチまで徒歩約10〜15分。

リネン：ゲストは自分のリネンを持参する必要があります：シーツ、枕カバー、タオル、ティータオル。
リネンのレンタルは事前の手配により可能です。
ペット：ペットは屋外の安全な裏庭お���び屋内に歓迎されますが、家具には同伴できません。 事前の書面による取り決めによる場合を除き、1匹のペット����制限。

Good location and the house was fitted out nicely and had all the amenities we required for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Although there was no wifi it didn’t detract from our stay and Bermagui has great shops and walking locations. Our Labrador was also very comfortable with a good sized covered deck and backyard. Happy to recommend.

Wonderful!

Thank you for having us and our pups to stay - the house is just gorgeous with lovely gardens front and back. Fantastic, quiet location with nice, easy walks to all local attractions. Highly recommend a stay here

Holiday with Friends

Property is clean and well set out. Plenty of storage space for clothes and the back deck was an excellent spot for relaxing. Steps to the backyard were a problem for the older people to negotiate especially with a washing basket. No wifi was disappointing.

Bermagui stay

The check in progress was difficult,the key safe was challenging to open- it would have been easier at the location. The house had an underling odour, I found a blanket to use and it smelt so much that I could not use it. The rubbish in the kitchen had not been emptied from the last visitor- I did take a photo to show. There were 6 dogs in the property next door and they made the stay not so enjoyable as they constantly barked. Very disappointing about the WiFi I did enjoy the local area and came for the reboot challenge, the beaches,shops and walks were beautiful. I will come back to the area but not that property.

Enjoyable stay

The property had a lovely homely feel and our family of 5 (and dog!) really enjoyed our stay. It was well appointed with all the basics (kitchen, bathroom essentials) and the beds were so comfortable! We had a couple of maintenance issues but the property manager was extremely responsive and sorted these out asap.

Cute cottage

The cottage was cute and well appointed and in a convenient location. The property had a nice cottage garden feel, but the back yard was steep and due to previous high rainfall was too wet to really use, but we were here for the beaches and out and about most of the time, so not a problem. Beds were comfortable and the hired linen was good quality. Dishwasher left a few items unclean each wash, so note-to-self not to purchase that brand! The back deck is very roomy and has a nice leafy outlook towards the creek. One neigborhood issue was lots of dogs in nearby properties barking and setting off our dog late at night as well as wandering loose into our front yard and coming up to the front door during the day, but the loose dogs were not aggressive. The dog in the neighbouring yard, however, was not friendly and barked aggressively at my husband and our dog if they were outside at the same time, and as the fence did not look secure enough to keep it out we didn’t let our girl off leash in the yard and just took her out for toilet breaks. But we love Bermagui and overall we enjoyed our stay in The Nest.

Good in parts

As per ratings above + good supply of cookware. Lack of adequate cooling was the main shortfall - just a ceiling fan in the living room. Fly-screen doors couldn't be locked so that also limited cooling options.

Almost lived up to expectations

The house itself was lovely, comfortable and well laid out. We were travelling with our dog and chose this property as it claimed to be dog friendly. The back yard is great for larger dogs, like ours. However, several palings were missing from the back fence meaning we couldn't leave our boy alone. The neighbours also had a couple of dogs that were able to get into the property, which also meant the house wasn't quite as pet friendly as we hoped. The house was well equipped, although we needed to clean much of the kitchen utensils before being able to use them. It is a short walk into town, and a get place to relax. The house has great potential and with a few modifications will live up to expectations.
