The property was beautiful and location is perfect! Our only issue is we missed the pool being closed the month of August. The management was very nice and did give a credit we were able to use for the resort pool next store. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Getaway from Iowa

From the moment we stepped onto the property and into the room and gasped at the beautiful View from our balcony to the moment we literally said goodbye to our room three days later, it was an absolute Joy. Communication was thorough. Modern and beautiful decor. Right on the beach. How can anyone complain? We were saddened to see so many properties still affected by Hurricane Ian but the island is coming back and we are very thankful to see that. The restaurants were amazing. We are actually thinking about making a return trip as early as next month. Couldn't and wouldn't find anything negative to say if I had to.

Toddler beach vacation

Perfect for our family with two toddlers. Definitely would recommend to others. Much of FMB is still in recovery from the hurricane and traffic on Estero is unbelievable. We had a great time. The condo has everything you could want for a home away from home.

Everything was fantastic! The location, amenities, and cleanliness. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. The pool was super clean and warm, we even cooked on the grills that were there one evening. I will definitely recommend this place to other friends and family and I will book again!

Room with a view!

This condo is right on the beach and the view is amazing! Loved the lanai for its comfort and warmth in the afternoon (we had some cool days that first week of January). Wonderfully equipped, updated kitchen. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that one day the elevators and the internet were out for several hours in the middle of the day.

Lovely Beach Property

Right on the beach! Lanai doors open to a beautiful beach view and calming ocean sounds. Condo was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the vacation equipment rental place as well, as they delivered right to our lanai. Our only hiccup was with the property management company and unable to enter our property on arrival and had no response to our calls initially. Would love to come back sometime if hiccups can be worked out!

Even better than the pictures!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on the beach. It was clean and beautiful and more than fully equipped. Check in and check out was easy, too. We'll be back!

Great weekend getaway

This was a great place to get away with my girl friends for the weekend! The place was clean and had a beautiful view. Close to lord of activities and the grocery store. Just what I needed!

Fantastic!

This property was the perfect location, quiet end of the island and the actual condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for everything we needed. We were able to enjoy 5 amazing days on the beach just walking right out the door and down to the beach entrance. We did not rent a car and never missed it. Just did an Uber from the airport directly to the property. Would absolutely stay again and have already recommended this condo to friends and family!

Amazing Condo with Great Views

The condo was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need. We had four kiddos in our party and they loved the privacy of the small pool and being steps from the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice once we got the place cleaned

First off if your staying here you can only have one car stay , which didn’t know till after I booked . we had to talk a daily parking into letting us keep a car there for a wk which cost 120. Extra . On top of that we drove 14 hrs away and got there after 4 and bed were not made dirty towels in the floor , crumbs all over floor and table. So had to call . Yes they came right away but we was ready to be out of the car and we had to let them clean . Which they did half way job . Was no point on calling them back to clean tubs . When I just decided to clean it myself. The washer and dry need to be replaced. Washer makes so much noise and dry clothes get stuck on a piece of metal. The view is amazing, tasteful furnished! After all this our trip was nice ! They need to give a heads up on parking before people book, you can’t cancel if so you lose money !
