¡Nos complace presentar a nuestra nueva hija de Waterman de alquiler! Esta majestuosa casa de pueblo está ubicada en una calle tranquila fuera de East Side Drive. El primer piso de la casa cuenta con dos habitaciones, ambas con baños completos adjuntos. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo están convenientemente ubicadas fuera del pasillo entre estas habitaciones. Mientras te diriges al segundo piso de la casa, te recibe un luminoso espacio de vida con TV de pantalla plana, chimenea, grandes ventanas y puertas que te llevan al balcón del segundo piso que cuenta con una mesa para dos con una vista. Más allá del área de comedor de la casa, encontrará la cocina totalmente equipada que cuenta con asientos adicionales para tres en el bar de la cocina, una estufa con horno, microondas y lavavajillas. El gran dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo piso de la casa y cuenta con otro baño completo adjunto y un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Springtime in Chincoteague

We’ve only ever visited Chincoteague in the summer, but this Easter we stayed at the Waterman’s daughter and had a fabulous long weekend. The house had everything we needed and we got to bring our dog along too! The dock was beautiful. We can’t wait to go back in warmer weather with our kayaks and SUPs.

Great place to watch a Rocket

Kudos for checking it out before I got there so I was not the one to find the issue. House was clean. Got to watch the Rocket launch ( my main reason for visiting) from the property. Convenient to go to Assateague. Only complaint is I was locked out about 10 mins early and had to contact the management company to get back in.

Quiet and convenient

This is a clean, convenient place to stay, within easy reach of everything you'd want to access but comfortably secluded at the edge of the marsh. Lots of bird activity in the vicinity!

Three bedrooms with three large bathrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and Master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, living room and dining area upstairs. Very clean and looks as though it was recently upgraded and renovated; nice carpeting, newer kitchen cabinets and new bathrooms. Very nice decor too. Although not directly on the water, a short walk on the condo's property brings you to the water and some nice chairs to sit in.

November 2021 Stay

Spacious is the best description of this condo and is well furnished. The condo is in perfect condition. Newer carpet, new kitchen cabinets. It seems like it was recently renovated and upgraded. We just wish that the hot water lasted a little longer. Other than that, a perfect condo.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our week in the 3 bedroom townhouse unit near the bay. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, although the master bath is quite small. Kitchen was very well equipped - coffee maker, hand mixer, large variety of pots and pans and utensils. We had arrived just a bit before our scheduled check in time and were waiting when the cleaning crew arrived at 3:40 and assured us the whole house would be cleaned and ready for 4 pm. There were what looked like food stains on the underside of the comforter and some hair in bathroom. The detailed cleaning in the bathrooms was not done, but we did a quick wipe down before using. We liked having the end unit, as we had kayaks and paddleboards delivered and were able to store them beside the house for the week. Using the water access requires walking through a side yard that isn't really marked well as the access, but gets you to the dock. If you plan to go out on the water from here you absolutely have to pay attention to the tides. Do not attempt to use the dock area at low tide. Overall, we had a great stay. It was a short drive into town to a variety of shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (all 18+) t spread out and relax. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful place to stay

I stayed here for three nights with my wife, our five year old son, and our dog and we all had a wonderful time. It's a quiet part of the island, but a (very) short drive to everything you want to see. The space itself is so comfortable, and clear, and cheerful. The little balcony was a great bonus, the keyless entry made check-in a breeze, and the Wii video game console was a total and wonderful surprise. When people ask our son what he did on our vacation the only thing he talks about is the house.

Very comfortable

This is our fifth time visiting the island. Set a time bringing our dogs. We enjoyed the back deck and open living room dining plan. King size bed very comfortable queen moderately comfortable twins uncomfortable. Very nice to have three bathrooms for a three bedroom rental. Enjoy the quiet area, love the nighttime sky it was spectacular, enjoyed seeing the flashing light house. Downside no direct access to water. Walked the dog over to the neighboring town home… Folks unfriendly. Maybe dogs are not allowed on that neighboring property? No sign posted as such. We truly enjoyed our quiet for a day trip

December 2020 Stay

This is a very comfortable and attractive home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. The location is peaceful and we were thrilled to be a stone’s throw away from the Christmas Manor. We had a lovely Christmas here
