Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed condo. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and pool facilities were nice. Was close enough to Disney and the main strip (restaurants and shopping), but far enough out to be quiet and low traffic.

The host was quick to reply at times which was helpful but I feel like I wouldn’t have had to message him with questions if the property was set up for guests better. The Wi-Fi information on Vrbo said the password would be included in a folder there and we looked high and low for it everywhere and never found it. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper given for the whole stay between 5 people and we ran out on day 2, only one trash liner was provided, no soaps or paper towels were available. Beds were also very uncomfortable unfortunately. Otherwise, it was a great location to parks and the included stroller was very helpful.

Property was awesome, very safe and quiet, close to everything, the owners and managers were great to work with very helpful, the place was super clean and perfect for our family, looking forward to our next trip to Florida and stay here

There were a few items that needed addressed upon arrival and the host replied very quickly to resolve them. The sinks do leak around the base, only one wash cloth was provided and no hand towels - but host got them to us quickly. The washing machine will fill with water, drain and spin, BUT the agitator does not work. You can spin it freely with your hand - it does not work during the wash or rinse cycles. We were able to drain and spin clothes so we could dry them - but will need rewashed when we get home. The kitchen is nice and well stocked, but fridge is a small apartment size fridge. The pool and resort areas are very nice. Overall, we had a great time in Orlando - the host is great, but accommodations could have been better.

Great place to stay!

My family of 4 recently stayed here. It is as described, gated community off the beaten path which is great. The place has been maintained well, far better than a hotel. Everyone appreciated their own space and the gathering areas to join as a family. You wont be disappointed with your stay here. Its very family friendly and the community center was filled with great people too. If you're on the fence get off and plan your stay!

Accommodating amenities

The apartment met the needs of a reasonably priced place that was relatively close to the venue for our daughter’s dance competition at the Dolphin Hotel. The space was sufficient for a small family. It was clean and all appliances were in working condition. Easy check in. The notice about the 3 flights of stairs should be made up front and clearer. We did not experience any issues, but the slightest disability could have resulted in a negative experience. Overall we were pleased with the space.

Beautiful place just as listing describes it. Safe and welcoming environment host even had a welcome bag with essentials waiting for us when we got there . I would definitely recommend this place for any group family friendly and close proximity to everything you would need on a vacation

Spring Break Trip

Spent a week at Windsor Palms. 3rd time to this complex, first at this condo. Place was great as usual. Clean, family friendly, great pool/clubhouse area. Volleyball, tennis and basketball courts all have lights for evening play. Has always been a great place and this time was no different.nodifferent.

Great location

Perfect location for all major theme parks. Couldn’t give 5 stars because beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bed. Four out of our five family members slept very poorly each of our four night stay.

Different than the pictures

Towels are smell funny, had to wash it as soon as I get there, dusty everywhere. Including bowls and kitchen supplies. Pillows have old stains. Dead mesquite body smushed and still stuck on the wall. Sheets, pillows and towels smells and do not look like it has been recently cleaned.

Great location and value

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and was laid out well. We enjoyed the resort’s amenities and it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney.

Great condo

Everything was wonderful, except we were not on the security list and they would not let us in. We were then told to call VRBO which was the wrong info. Once we "contact owner" and listen to the end of the message and got the # to call, we spoke with a real person were quickly placed on the list. Everything else was wonderful and we will be back. Close to everything, very clean and exactly as promised. Good stay.

Many return renters will have dealt with Sue when booking (and will say what a great job she did!), unfortunately in late 2019, she passed away. Myself and my daughter (Samantha) will, however, be continuing her legacy and help you with all your holiday rental needs.
As a family, we love our holidays and kept finding ourselves returning to the Florida Sun and Disney area almost every year. Living in the UK we look forward to the times when we can get over there to spend time at our condo. The stress of everyday living just disappears when we walk through the door and we never want to leave when it's time to go back.

After always staying in hotels we were introduced to holiday homes, we loved the extra space and the chance to chill out at the end of busy days at the park - no more hotels for us on vacations. We had stayed at Windsor Palms prior to purchasing. The amenities are first class and grounds always immaculate. We always feel safe walking round day or night. We fell in love with Windsor Palms and our Condo - hopefully, you will too!

Being on the top floor there is no noise from neighbours above. The resort includes a fully equipped gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a must to help those that want to keep fit. The Spacious Pool/Hot tub area has plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables to relax at. There is a games room, play area and children's splash pad to keep the kids happy, as well as a 55 seater 3D movie theatre. Close enough to the parks to pop home for some lunch and a swim before returning at night for the fireworks. There is a Sundry shop on-site for those essentials you need, together with a recently installed coffee bar area. The Tikki bar has a wide range of drinks and food - relax with a beer or cocktail and a snack by the pool.

Please note that the property benefits from internal pest control spraying on a monthly basis.

COVID-19 - we are complying with the requirements of the State of Florida to meet their cleansing regulations.
