Non Peak Season (April 1 through December 31) monthly and weekly stays. This home also has Wifi, TV's are run through the internet.



This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped home has been completely renovated by the new owners. The home is located in beautiful Rotonda West.. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and roman shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The large open kitchen is an entertainers delight with the dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be accessed from the house or the lanai area. The lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and back yard.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage cans go out Monday night and must be replaced back into garage afterwards.
House keys back in lock box. Garage remote back in dish in foyer.
Please make sure ALL Doors, Sliders and windows closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leave the house in the same manner that it was found when you first arrived Housekeeping with do laundry of all bed sheets and one load of towels
After your departure our cleaning staff and property manager will assess any damage.
If damage to property or theft it will be deducted from your damage deposit to replace.

We have had a wonderful 3 week stay at this property- it was like a home from home. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and checking in was a breeze after a very long travel day from the UK. The area holds a special place in my families heart, as we have been coming since the 80s- more special memories were created this time. We look forward to coming back!

This property was just what we were looking for for our Florida vacation! The house was clean and was such a cute beach themed home. The hosts are so responsive and kind. The property and neighborhood are beautiful. The house and pool are so clean. They stock the house with more than most places which was wonderful as we cooked our own food while there and had everything we needed and more. There is a wonderful ice cream shop not far from the house. I've stayed at this house twice and had a wonderful experience both times.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been renting out our property through VRBO for over 12 years. In that time we have welcomed many guests to our home, of which many have been repeat guests. Our home is conveniently located for easy access in and out of Rotonda. And if you are like me and forget an item at the grocery store, we have Winn- Dixie at the end of Sunnybrook.

What makes this property unique

As I traveled extensively for work for many years I have learnt what I would want in a good vacation property and have incorporated that into our home. We as owners are constantly updating our home. In the last two years we have replaced the air conditioner, a new roof, all new pool equipment on the outside of the house. Inside the house a new fridge, all new living room furniture, new mattresses. Also pillows and mattress pads on the beds are replaced every year. All mattresses are enclosed in bug protection bags. Everything in our home is there for your use. Including spices, coffee filters, sugar, a selection of tea’s flour, salt and pepper, garbage bags, foil wrap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher pucks, tide pods ,fabric sheets. We also leave a few rolls in each bathroom of toilet paper so you don’t need to rush out the next day.
