Need to Get Away (to Loon)

Welcome to Forest Ridge in Lincoln, NH. This is a single floor, first floor condo so no need to drag your bags and/or gear up skinny, steep, or slippery steps inside or out. Ample parking so no need to park & ride to your vehicle. It features a master bedroom with a king size canopy bed and en suite bathroom with shower/spa tub combo. A guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with double bunk beds (3 twins and a full). Fully-appointed kitchen with double sink, gas stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Enjoy the Forest Ridge Clubhouse that includes indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, sauna, and exercise room.

Located in the White Mountains of Lincoln, NH, Forest Ridge is steps from the Common Man restaurant and minutes from Loon Mountain Resort. Winter Ski Shuttle available to Loon Mountain. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

PLEASE READ: This is more than just your home away from home. It is ours too. This is not a party house, but a place we stay with our family very often. Parties and/large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If you are in violation of this, your security deposit could and most likely will be forfeited

An amazing stay in Lincoln!

This condo was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and we had everything we needed. It was really cozy and made us feel like we were at home. We were close to downtown Lincoln with shops and restaurants. The condo was well taken care of and immaculate. Eric was fantastic to deal with and super responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip with kids

Nice space and the bunks were perfect for the three kids. Quiet spot at the top of a hill. Not very walkable but just a couple min from the pool house. Maybe 5 min drive from great restaurant and attractions

Long Weekend

We had a great time staying in this unit. It was very equipped with all things needed and plenty of room for two families. We will definitely rent again. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold winter nights. Thank you so much.

Family ski trip

Great Property for our family ski trip. Proximity to Loon was excellent, making it easy for getting to and from the lifts. Condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool at the sports club and access to a fitness center was nice for the adults. We'd definitely stay here again.

Warm and Welcoming stay

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, warm and welcoming. The home has all necessities and a kitchen with fully stocked essentials for cooking. We absolutely loved the fireplace!!

Loon getaway

Wonderful!

Went for a ski vacation. Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable living area and beds, well equipped kitchen. Eric was easy to get in touch with......overall wonderful!! Hope to rent from him again .

Cute condo with a fireplace

The condo was perfect. Great set up and had a fireplace which was a huge plus. The mudroom at the front was great to take off and put gear on. The kitchen worked nicely. Being able to cook is a huge plus for us. Very central for the ice castles and sleigh ride in Franconia. Close to do a scenic drive too.

Great family get away!
