Nice big place, it’s a shared building with other tenants and there was a constant smell of marijuana in the entryway but ok as you got to the upper units. Close by a very good breakfast joint called “Flapjacks pancake house”. Once we got our stuff squared away check in was good (had issues on my end, no fault of evolve). Overall good spot.

The condo was very nice with a good view. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. A couple of features to be aware of- I booked because it listed a washer/dryer and I assumed it was in the unit since it was listed. It is available, but in the basement, 4 floors down. Also no elevator and a bit cumbersome to haul luggage up 3 flights. It wasn’t the easiest check in/out because you have to pick up keys at a Remax office about a mile away and return when checking out. You need the keys to get in and out of the building but there is a code to get in the unit itself.

Nice and clean only issue was front door to building was a bit tricky and parking was more a lot than a drive way. Fortunately there was someone sitting outside who shared the trick about the front door. The apartment had everything we needed and the view from living room was very pretty, would stay here again if back in the area.

This property was centrally located to everything we needed and to all the hikes we did in the area. It was within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. It has a great view of Loon Mountain. We highly recommend it.

The place was very nice with a few inconveniences. The placement of the refrigerator made it impossible to fully open the door and access the drawers Also I booked a 7 day stay for 4 adults and there were only 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths and no hand towels. Otherwise the place was very nice and would recommend the place just be sure to bring your own towels if you don’t want to use the same one for your stay. The area is great for outdoor activities many things to do and close to nearby lakes and rivers for fishing and swimming. The locals are very friendly and we enjoyed our time

Another Great Stay in Lincoln!

Our third time staying here and we enjoyed as usual! Great location and a perfect spot close to restaurants, hiking, and everything else you need! Used the kitchen quite a bit this time and everything was there for cooking some meals !

Supplied with essentials. Very clean, located near food and ski mountains. No elevator for 3rd floor and thermostats did no keep room from overheating.

Second time staying and just as enjoyable as the first!

Stayed up here since it was close to the Rescue Me 5K that my wife and I did with our daughter in Lincoln (across the street at One Love) and did some hiking! Great spot within walking distance to restaurants and shops!

Perfect Little Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this two bedroom condo in Lincoln New Hampshire. Apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable living room, two bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Apartment was very clean. Great restaurants just a short walk away. Saw the musical Cats at Jean’s Playhouse. Great hiking , dinner train - fantastic trip.

Surprise mini vacation for the kids!

The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is supplied with most items you need. The views are beautiful and the pictures do not do them justice. The location is ideal for families who want to enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer. We would love to stay here again!

Everything I wanted.

Everything was as shown on website and perfect for my family. Great open and bright space with awesome views. Super convenient to shops and grocery. Close to LOON. Just what we were hoping for. Would most certainly stay there again. ❤️⛷️⛸️🛷🥾 Kitchen could use a few small additions. Sharp knives, new can opener, additional silverware, pancake griddle, pair of scissors, perhaps a blender.

Lincoln Condo

We had a great stay at the condo. We traveled to go to Santa's village for the weekend. It was only about a 40 min beautiful drive up. The condo had everything we needed and very comfortable for a family of 4. We would definitely rent again.

Great Condo in Lincoln, NH!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 for a few days, clean, well accommodated, and great views across to Loon! Clean, quiet, and comfy, it was perfect to hang out at in between hiking and exploring the area. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Home Base for Exploring Franconia Notch State Park

The Lincoln condo was perfect for the three of us who were exploring Franconia Notch. The condos two full bathrooms and two bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. The location in downtown Lincoln couldn't be beat. The kitchen was well-equipped. Be aware that there is no elevator, and the condo is located on the 3rd floor. That said, we found the stairs to be a relatively easy climb.

Great location, missing amenities

Excellent location. Property exactly as shown but missing helpful items: 4 towels for 4 adults for 7 days. No hairdryer, tissues, ran out of soap on day 3. No salt or pepper shakers, sugar bowl, poor internet service (had to reboot the TV nearly every day), no pillowcases for the extra pillows. Small things, but when I called, the property manager was in another state: Massachusetts. He never did call back to resolve the issues. I suggest the property owners spend a day or two at the location to see what is needed. Not bad for the price, but needs some help as noted.

Lovely in Lincoln

Very nice 2-bedroom unit. Clean, well appointed and convenient location in Lincoln. Nice view of Loon Mountain from the living room. Highly recommend!
