As you'll discover: The location is truly unbeatable. You're just steps from the ocean and a short walk to the heart of Kona. Plus, the condo boasts amazing ocean views from both floors. Despite being close to town, the complex is tucked away from the main street, offering a quiet and serene setting.
We hope you'll enjoy waking up to: STUNNING Ocean Views, Whale Watching (During Whale Season) and sipping coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, and other marine life.
The condo features: Master Bedroom with King Bed with Ceiling fan and Portable A/C. 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed and Ceiling Fan
* **First floor:** Full Remodeled kitchen with Granite Countertops, Gas Stove, Side by Side Fridge with Water and Ice in the Door, Full Microwave, NEW Dishwasher, dining/living area with smart TV and WiFi, Unit washer/dryer, half bathroom, and air conditioning.
* **Second floor:** Master bedroom with king bed and Lania Off Master for Whale Watching, ceiling fan, and AC; guest bedroom with Queen Bed, ceiling fan; shared full bathroom.
The convenient location allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, and beaches. For those who want to explore further, the bikeshare program and Kona trolley are great options.
Amenities on site include a community pool and BBQ area. One assigned parking stall is also provided.
