Large Family Home , 1 master bedroom 3 add bedrooms, 3 Bathroom, large kitchen and dining table . Very spacious living area. Large backyard, and 3 car garage. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
What's really nice about this house is it's in a very quite street, everything is within a 10 minute Drive, west Valley Mall, Dinning, 205 , 580,and 5 are just few minutes away , Tracy sports complex Park is near by..

Small Improvements

Property was great, it was an enjoyable stay in a good area. I would recommend switching to electronic locks / door codes on the door. They can be monitored electronically by the property owner, code changed on the spot, and most importantly the people renting don't need to worry about keeping up with a key. There were also some ants in the guest bathroom upstairs. not sure why. There was no food or drinks up there to cause that.

Great location, close to downtown and shopping.

House is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. House is large and gave the 6 of us plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

A relaxing getaway

We came to town because my niece had minor surgery and we wanted to make sure she rested. She is a nurse in Tracy who has been working non-stop helping others. It was our time to help her. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is the place needs more tvs!! At least one in the Primary bedroom suite!!

Spacious and pleasant

This is a spacious and well kept property in a pleasant neighborhood. There are 3 double beds and one single bed, so it really only sleeps 7. In general it's stylishly furnished. The living room is unfurnished, but the family room area has a sofa and loveseat-- not an ideal place to sleep because it's open to everything including bright morning sun. The big bonus of this property is the huge bathroom in the master suite with shower & tub that fits 2. The kitchen is adequately furnished if you don't mind washing dishes after every meal. There is a dishwasher. The owner requested that the AC not be set above 77, which left the upper rooms less comfortable than we would have liked. There were some little things we wished we had, like thin blankets instead of just the heavy comforters, kleenex, directions for the trash compactor, and there was no "welcome" list, community info, access to mailbox or instructions for anything. But those are minor things. In general we can highly recommend this property for a group of seven or less with plenty of activities beyond the domicile.

Comfortable house for visiting local family

We rented this house to be closer family in Manteca, and it worked out perfectly. Everything was clean and well stocked, and with a big enough dining table we even had the locals over for breakfast one day. 24 hour Safeway nearby for stocking up on our late night arrival. Host was communicative.

Clean and spacious

It’s was clean and spacious, but plugs in both upstairs bathrooms were inoperable. Get those fixed and all will be good. Also, ad should be clear the “hot tub” mentioned is an upstairs bathtub unless my interpretation was off.... Thank you.
