2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower comb also located on the main level, plus a second living room.

Upstairs has a master suite w/ king bed, shower and private LAKESIDE BALCONY. There's also a flex room on that level, along with another bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.

Lower level is loaded with fun! Game room with pool table and foosball table (ping pong table in the garage); there's also a bunk bed and pyramid bunk bed in this room. Kitchenette w/ range, microwave and fridge, along with direct access to the lakeside! Sorry, lower level fireplace is not operable. Master suite w/ queen bed and shower.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
