Why they chose this property
The home is in a secluded, natural lake environment yet close to attractions and necessities. The water quality in this part of the lake is especially good. It's easy to enter the shallow water by the shoreline or using the dock steps. It's plenty deep at the dock slips for any boat or PWC. Swimming, kayaking, etc. is great in our cove since there is minimal boat traffic and fewer nearby homes. Fish are regularly caught from our dock and along the wraparound shoreline and it's a very short boat ride to the deepest, broadest part of the lake.
What makes this property unique
The house has multiple areas to spend time together with two living areas, recreation room with a ping pong table, eat-in kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, large covered patio with dining for 12+, and large deck. You'll constantly be drawn to the amazing views of the lake.
