Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, each bedroom is set up to give you genuinely restorative nights.
Kitchen & dining Cook like a local or fuel up before heading out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, and full dishes and silverware. Whether you're brewing your first coffee of the morning or plating a proper dinner, everything you need is already here.
Bathroom Two full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels - so you can travel light. Both feature a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay.
Outdoor living Both front and rear balconies give you private outdoor space to ease into the morning or wind down at the end of the day. During parade season and local festivals, these balconies become front-row spots for the street-level energy that makes New Orleans unlike anywhere else.

Great location!
Laissez-Faire Lounge on Magazine is the perfect location to access all that New Orleans has to offer both Uptown and Downtown/Quarter. It's very clean with the charm of an old NOLA home but updated with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location
You can’t beat this location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very quiet and safe. The apartment was very clean. Our favorite area of the apartment was the porch and the rocking chairs. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect area for a New Orleans stay
The property was clean and had the essentials we needed. The apartment was brght and airy. The front porch was delightful. The area was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The only downside was the lack of closet space, but that is the norm in New Orleans. The area felt safe and it was a nice place to walk around. It was convienent for my daughter to come by and pick us up as well.
