★ So much space, beautiful décor, and the outdoor area was perfection.
Colorful light filters through original stained-glass windows, tracing shifting patterns across the hardwood floors of this three-bedroom Lower Garden District home. Soaring ceilings and preserved historic details give every room a sense of scale and character you simply don't find in newer builds. Whether you're gathering around the chef's kitchen island for a late breakfast or cooling off on the patio beside the stone fountain, this home moves at the pace you set.
Living space
The open layout balances shared areas with enough breathing room for a group of six. Dedicated outdoor spaces - a breezy upper balcony and a ground-level patio - extend your living area into the mild New Orleans air. The patio's stone fountain adds a calm, unhurried atmosphere to morning coffee or evening wind-downs, while outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make al fresco meals easy.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, sleep up to six guests across four beds. Private entrances to each bedroom mean everyone in the group has their own space to retreat to, with three full bathrooms shared across the home.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is built for real cooking. You'll find a full stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, along with a coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The island provides casual seating for meals or a quick workspace, and the wet bar is a natural gathering point for evening drinks before heading out. A dining table rounds out the indoor options for sit-down meals.
Bathroom
All three bathrooms are fully equipped, with each including hot water, a bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and cleaning products.
Comfort & conveniences
Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available throughout. A washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and bed linens are all provided. Safety is covered with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Arrive on your own schedule via self check-in with a smart lock, and park for free on the premises.
Neighborhood
The Lower Garden District puts you within easy walking distance of Magazine Street's independent shops and restaurants, and a short trip from the French Quarter. The National WWII Museum is also nearby, making this an easy base for both cultural exploration and New Orleans nightlife. The home is especially well-positioned for Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve, the Sugar Bowl, Krewe of Joan of Arc, and spring festival visits.
