This condo has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom and has a private covered patio. Enjoy your day laying by the pool, playing tennis or shopping at one of the multiple shopping malls nearby (3 within 3 miles).

The condo has been updated and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The kitchen has been updated and has a oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the basic kitchen items. Roku tv and free Wi-Fi.

All guests have private condo unit with private covered patio. In addition, all guest have use of all condo amenities including the community heated swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and clubhouse with games.

We like to give our guests privacy and do not disturb you during your stay. If you ever need us, we always have our phone with us and are happy to answer any questions you may have to issues if they arise.

Our units are all set up on lock boxes for easy access and check-in. We are available anytime by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns.

We offer pet friendly units, but not all units are pet friendly. Pet restrictions and fees apply. Must disclose pet breed and weight with reservation inquire. Pet fees on case by case basis.

Due to Condo HOA rules, there is a maximum of 4 guests allowed in the unit.
