Nestled on the shore of the crystal-clear waters of Palaio Damnoni Beach, this charming stone house offers a rare opportunity to wake up to the gentle sound of the waves. The property sits directly on a quiet, unorganized beach shared only with a neighboring homes.

The residence offers three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Entering the house, you’ll find a bright and airy living area with large windows that frame the sea and fill the space with warm Mediterranean light. The cozy, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a full evening meal. A wine fridge is also available. A dining area next to the kitchen offers a relaxed spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the view. Both the kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy meals in a lovely outdoor setting with stunning sea views.

Moving further inside, there is a hall with a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a family bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are also located off this hall.

The first bedroom is an ensuite featuring a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a window that allows you to wake up to breathtaking sea views and the soothing sound of the waves. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), while the third bedroom is accessed via steps without a door and includes one single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and an additional single mattress, making it ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.

Step outside and you’ll be within arm’s reach of the water. Lounge on the sand, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a sunset drink on the patio.
The outdoor area includes:

- An outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
- Two portable sun beds on the beach.

The house also offers 2 kayaks & a SUP board for guests who want to explore the coastline from the water.
