Vieni a sentirti a casa nel nostro cottage artigiano recentemente rinnovato, con accenti tradizionali in legno e pavimenti in legno originali. Unendo comodamente le comodità moderne al fascino storico. Questa bella casa ha più di 100 anni, costruita nel 1885.
Il nostro cottage ha tutti i comfort da casa e poi alcuni. Puoi rilassarti nella nostra suite con giardino che si apre sul nostro bellissimo giardino o rilassarti nella nostra suite classica che si apre nella zona giorno per un'atmosfera ancora più accogliente. Divertiti con i giochi da tavolo, guardando T. V. o semplicemente rilassati davanti al camino con un bicchiere di vino.
Fai shopping nelle nostre graziose boutique eleganti o prendi un caffè in uno dei nostri bar locali. Qualunque cosa tu voglia, Santa Rosa ha tutto.

Curioso di sapere cosa rende il centro di Santa Rosa così meraviglioso? Con soli 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada, puoi visitare il nostro quartiere del centro per gustare alcune delle birre artigianali locali nel nostro famoso "Russian River Brewery", gustare vino e cocktail al "Perch & Plough" o "Bird & the Bottle" (miglior Cosmo in città). Mentre sei qui, visita alcuni dei nostri grandi ristoranti come Ca'Bianca (direttamente accanto) Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven, La Rosa e Belly Left Coast Kitchen and Tap Room.

Durante i nostri mesi primaverili ed estivi, goditi il mercato settimanale degli agricoltori ogni mercoledì sera, così come molti eventi del fine settimana nel nostro centro storico e nella piazza della ferrovia.

Peaceful, convenient, easy

Peaceful setting, great neighborhood, all of the amenities provided were accessible and easy to use. Fenced in yard was such a nice feature for the dogs. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. I wish I lived here!

Great weekend getaway spot!

We came to the area for a wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. The cottage is adorable and spacious. Many restaurants and spots in town are less than a 10 min walk away. We had everything we needed during our stay and all instructions from the hosts were clear. We especially loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. We made some great memories here! Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to wine country.

Beautiful cottage

This place was such a nice place to relax. The town is within walking distance and the Italian restaurant next door was great. The bedroom has French doors that lead to a beautiful garden. This place was truly amazing. I am saving the info so that I may return.

Wine country get away

This location was a great spot for our vacation to Napa and Sonoma, convenient drives from the location. The cottage was well maintained and very guest friendly. This may be the best equipped VRBO kitchen I’ve used. We cooked breakfast there daily. We’d stayed in Napa, Sonoma, and Petaluma on previous trips and found a lot about the Santa Rosa location to commend itself.

Thanksgiving Week in Sonoma

Great stay and great place to spend a week. The cottage is in a great location easily walkable to all downtown Santa Rosa has to offer.

Santa Rosa stay

The property was clean, comfortable, and absolutely’as advertised’ - only issues were a hairdryer that did not work, and coffee maker that did not work properly. We communicated these issues to the host. She was very responsive, but informed us she was unable to fix these issues. We had to purchase a hairdryer, and go out for coffee every morning. Other than that, everything was great. Loved the location and the cottage.

Charming cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage near downtown Santa Rosa. Location was great for day trips, the house is adorable, and the owner is very responsive. Also includes a large enclosed backyard area.

Location, Location!

Great Start to CA Trip

Great property! Very clean, loved that there was coffee, creamer and sweetener on hand and didn’t have to buy it for our short stay! Perfect house for a short stay like ours or for a longer stay as well.

Great location and just the right size

The cottage was perfect size for 4 people (2 couples). Had all the essentials and a great little backyard set up! The location was great- walkable to downtown Santa Rosa restaurants, brewery, walking trail. A good jumping off point if you’re doing Sonoma wine touring too!

Fantastic location and home

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was so convenient, we were able to walk to downtown and the restaurant next door was incredible (and no noise from it either). The kitchen amenities were the best we have ever seen! We will definitely book this property again!! The hosts were so kind and quick to answer questions!

Cute Little Cottage

Friends and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The cottage was very clean and was close to everything we wanted to do. Super cute Italian restaurant was right next door so we were able to walk to dinner and enjoy some great food and drinks.

Our family moved to Santa Rosa over 10 years ago and fell in love with Sonoma County. We knew we would be calling Santa Rosa our home for a very long time and enjoying all that the area has to offer. We love spending time with our family and friends, being outdoors, taking road trips and traveling the world. We can appreciate how important it is to stay in a relaxing, comfortable, and clean environment. It's always been our passion to have our own rental cottage and now we can't wait to share it with the rest of the world.
