Perfect Beach vacation!

The property was very spacious and perfect for our family reunion. Each huge bedroom had its own bath and was large enough for pack-n-plays as well. The kitchen was very well stocked and the front porch was perfect for rocking and relaxing. The pool was just steps away and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved it and plan to return!

Hilton Head Family Trip

The location was great and very close to the beach. The open floor plan and having a bedroom in the main floor was crucial for our stay as we had a guest who uses a wheelchair so that was great! Very easy communication with owners also!

Perfect location for large groups

This unit in The Lyons complex is in a great location, close to the beach and the Westin Resort. Everyone in our party loved having a bedroom with King or Queen beds and their own ensuite bathroom. We also enjoyed having a pool and the BBQ area. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot

Had a great week with family here. Short walk to a very nice beach that wasn't too crowded, especially in the mornings. Had all the amenities we could want - we particularly appreciated having real cookware available for making big meals. Recommended.

This house was great for a multi generational family spring break. A quick 8 min walk will bring you right up to the sand. The shared heated pool and hot tube where perfect for some afternoon fun for our kids. The house was clean and ready for use. Each bedroom having a nice bathroom attached was a feature that was greatly appreciated. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the close beach access, bedrooms with en suites, porch, room for our vehicles and A/C! Unfortunately as we arrived@4:00, they had just started cleaning the house. We had to wait over an hour to get in. Would’ve appreciated notice. A few outlets weren’t working, noisy shower in one of the bathrooms, and could’ve used additional seating in living room. We would stay again! We love HHI!

Convenient to beach

The home was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of space. The decor was beautifully curated and updated. We enjoy cooking, and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed. The home was across the street from a kid friendly park and beach access point (beach wheelchairs were available). The golf course was right around the corner.

Perfect House and Location

This house was absolutely perfect for our HHI vacation! It was so spacious, and we loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The rocking chairs on the porch were lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed. You really can't beat the location! The short walk to the beach was super easy, with zero stairs for beach wagons and strollers. And the pool directly across from the house was a huge hit with the kids. It was nice and heated, so they spent many evenings in the pool. I would recommend this house to anyone!

A true treasure!

I ended up booking late and seriously lucked into this property being available—on paper it looked great, but you never know, so I was a bit anxious. But there was no need for worry—our stay was terrific! We traveled with seven adults and a toddler and this property was exceptional. Everyone had large beds (queens or kings), everyone had their own private bathroom, and there was a half-bath and full laundry room. The kitchen was a good size and was incredibly well-stocked with equipment. The pool and a cute shaded playground are located just steps away and the beach was just a short walk. The owners were great with communication and were able to grant us some flexibility with our check in time. Not a single improvement to suggest. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

Perfect place to stay with family and celebrate my son’s graduation from the Marine corps. Nice house, clean, new bathrooms, all bare floors, well stocked kitchen, All bathrooms with towels and basic toiletries. The pool is heated and open until10 pm.Family style neighborhood, two blocks from the beach, 1 mile from grocery stores and restaurants. 45 minutes from Marine corps station and 40 minutes from Beaufort town which is lovely town to visit and eat . 15 minutes from the airport. We will definitely come back. Thank you Raymond .

Good and not so good

We had to buy more dishwasher detergent after using dishwasher one time. We contacted owner and told that it was our responsibility to purchase more. Thankful we had a car to go get more. We also ran out of paper towels and assumed we were on our own to purchase more. Disappointing as we would expect a much more from higher end property. We had 4 people during out stay, and all voiced their opinion on lukewarm water in showers. The property itself was nice, but those two issues put us from a positive to negative review.

Owners response: "Thank you for staying at our villa. It is customary for owners to provide a 'starter kit’ of some common products, which in our case includes dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Once these are consumed, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide them- they are meant to get you started as you settle into the rental on your first day(s). Apologies if this was not clear in our welcome note, we will try to make that clearer in the future. As for the water temperature, we have many children staying with us and we are careful not to have the water scolding hot. That being said, we will send out the maintenance crew to take a look. We are glad you thought highly of our property overall, we take great pride in keeping our villa updated, fully equipped, and clean for our guests. Hilton Head Labor Day Fun!

Three baseball families had a great Labor Day weekend at this villa. The purpose of this trip was to see the Savannah Bananas play baseball and get some beach time in. The location is fantastic with a short easy walk to the beach. It was close to shopping and restaurants and yet very quiet. It overlooks the pool and hot tub that we often had to ourselves. The villa was nicely decorated and clean. The bedrooms were nice sizes and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The bathrooms have been remodeled and are very nice. The villa had parking underneath but is located next to a empty parking lot as well. You can tell that the owners take pride in their villa and want their guests to enjoy. They even went as far as labeling all the light switches which was helpful! Our kids are already asking to come back to this villa!

AWESOME VACATION

We had a family of 10 with 6 adults and 2 children and 2 toddlers and this rental was perfect!! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made for great privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked and we ate all most all of our meals in. The porch was wonderful! Very spacious.. we had our morning coffee there and they kids could play. The scenery was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beautiful ocean which we enjoyed everyday. The rental looked exactly like the pictures it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was a very quiet location. I can’t say enough nice things about the vacation … there were no negatives. I hope we can comeback again 😎

Wonderful Condo for a vacation

We had a great time at your condo. Beautiful place, great location. This condo is the closest to the beach, takes just a few minutes to get there. We rented bikes and had a lot of fun riding around the bike trails for the week. The condo was perfect for our family, 4 couples and one 2 year old. Having the pool next to the unit was so convenient, especially around nap time! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Thanks for having us!

Great HHI rental!

We just returned from a 3-generation family stay at this property. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. The area was fairly quiet and we heard minimal noise from the adjoining unit. There are some beach & pool toys in the carport storage as well as two pack & plays inside. We used Lowsea Rentals for everything else and it could not have been smoother. The owner was quick to respond via text on one question we had during our stay, otherwise the check-in email covered everything in great detail. The public access beach is about a 8-10 minute walk or 5 minute bike.

Perfect place for a family getaway

Lovely place to stay in Hilton Head! This townhome was perfect for our group of seven, with a nice living and dining area, comfortable beds, and bathrooms adjoining each bedroom. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. We loved the close proximity to Islanders Beach (just steps away). We also enjoyed the porch with rocking chairs looking down on the pool area, which also had a hot tub. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay!

great place for couples in Hilton Head

We had a terrific time in Hilton head at this rental. Great location. Walk to the beach. The men played golf and women played pickleball. House was clean, AC awesome layout awesome. Would like to come back and stay longer.

We rented this location for its proximity to the Westin for a nephew's wedding. While here we went golfing, shopping and looked for shells on the beach.

Perfect Vacation spot

We had a wonderful time staying at your beach retreat. We loved having a playground within walking distance from Number 1. There was also a playground near the beach which we used with our grandchildren. There was a lake within walking distance as well. The children enjoyed the big turtles. We fed them Honey Nut Cheerios. We also saw an alligator in the water. The beach was fun and within walking distance from the condo as well. We would definitely stay there again. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children (one baby). Thanks for the experience.

We really liked how all 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was very easy and so pretty! The home was sufficiently clean although I agree with previous reviews that the couches need a good cleaning as they are stained. The kitchen is well stocked. It was also great being so close to the pool! Do make sure to lock your bikes as 1 of ours was stolen over night (but we found it the next day!) All in all, a nice condo in a nice location.

Family Fun at HHI

We rented #1 Lyons on Wimbledon Court to supplement our 2 bedroom condo to accommodate a total of 12 people. The house was perfect: each bedroom has its own bath: the front porch with rockers overlooks the pool; it is a short walk to the beach; we could go on and on. The new owners were easy to work with and interested in assuring our satisfaction. They indicated they would be doing some updates over the winter. We look forward to renting this unit again, hopefully next summer.
