The host has done a great job with this property! Down to many small details, they go above and beyond a normal VRBO hostā€™s role. Very accommodating and has everything you would ever need or want in a stay. HIGHLY recommend!!

This was our 5th time staying at this property and it was perfect as usual. Karin is a wonderful host and sets up the house well and communicates all details before arrival. Such a comfortable home with cozy bedrooms and spacious common areas. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook full meals. The weather was perfect and a craft show was going on in town making it a perfect fall weekend. We are already planning our stay next year.

Just perfect

This is our second stay at The Nest. Our family is scattered throughout Indiana, so we gather at The Nest for our Christmas. The Nest is beautifully decorated for the holiday. We are always so impressed with the cleanliness. The house is supplied with everything one could wish for. I canā€™t think of a single thing that wasnā€™t perfect.

Our cousins from 4 different states came and stayed in the Nest. We are local and use this home for our guests as our house is too small. We had ages 10 months to 70 years old. Everyone said they had everything they needed. Such wonderful amenities with a lot of thought put into those things someone might need. They loved it. We enjoyed visiting them there as well. Very very nice.

The communication was great, the listing was accurate... the photos was spot on...the house and furnishings and all the little things she did made this get-away amazing! The bunk room was a favorite of my granddaughters.. I could go on and on.. but to sum it up.. this property was perfect! Kudos to you,Karin... My NEST experience awaits!

Amazingly Perfect!

We had a great family Christmas vacation at Karinā€™s house. The house was stocked with all the essentials and welcoming surprises. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone loved it! It was centrally located from all the activities we had planned. Skiing at Perfect North, Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum. 2nd time around

This property was just as wonderful this trip (our 2nd) as it was last year. We chose to come back to the same location this year because of the great peaceful riverside location as well as the wonderful house. Karin has made sure every detail is taken care of. It is so clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6 adults. After this 2nd stay it is starting to feel like home! We are already planning to try to come back next fall.
