The great room features a wall of windows that overlook the sparkling lake from every angle. New 60” flat screen TV, complete with internet access, is mounted on ceiling-high stone fireplace that springs to life with inviting flickering flames at the flip of a switch (seasonal). Two full size sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa and a plush chair and a half provide comfortable seating for large groups.

Three bedrooms and an office each feature new king-size beds and additional queen sleeper sofa in great room provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people. Three full baths are included, two with full tile walk in showers and one with porcelain tub/tile. Unique custom architecture of this home is designed with lake views and screen porch access from every bedroom and great room! Sturdy rocking chairs on this convenient intimate screen porch beckon guests to relaxing, peaceful conversations.

But there is more! With the gorgeous view drawing people outdoors, a large screen porch, just off the kitchen and great room is furnished with a high top table and 4 chairs, sofa, rocker, chair and ottoman for plush comfort while enjoying fresh air. The porch opens to an expanded deck for sitting and sunning to your hearts content! Just steps away is a lovely stone fire pit for cozy evening ambience and s’mores!

State of the art kitchen features new Whirlpool appliances, four additional countertop seats and plentiful colorful fiesta dishes and serving pieces for festive dining. Of course coffee maker with both single serve and full pot features is always inviting our guests to fragrant morning coffee. Truly, you will find everything you need to complete your ultimate lakeside vacation.

Less than 3 miles away is the charming historic town of Buford, Ga. Nestled along the railroad, Buford features unique restaurants and bistros, boutique shopping and a vibrant arts community. Tannery Row Artist Colony offers a glimpse into the working studios of renowned local artists.

If mall shopping is your pleasure, discover the Mall of Georgia just one exit south on 985. Featuring over 200 stores and less than 6 miles away, you will find enormous variety of stores, restaurants, play areas, movies and abundant family entertainment.

“Whole house” rental includes the entire main floor upstairs, 2 car garage, screen porches, deck and boat dock. Please note that the downstairs studio apartment is NOT INCLUDED in rental agreement. Door will remain locked from both sides. This apartment is sometimes used by our family members or by special permission. It has a separate entrance. Door locks on both sides.
