The home is centrally located in Belmont, 20 min to SFO, Palo Alto, and Half Moon Bay. 30-35 minutes to SF depending on traffic. Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, bar/breakfast counter, and a wine fridge. Kitchen and Family Room are contiguous creating a central “great room” to hang out. Formal Dining, Living, and Laundry Room. Private secluded backyard patio area with BBQ, patio furniture, and plenty of shade and greenery. High-speed 1GB internet, 75-inch flat screen smart TV, advanced Google/Nest video security system, thermostats, and entry locks. Outdoor grill. 220V outlet in garage for electric car/Tesla charging. Perfect for up to 12 guests

3) Do not tamper with the exterior video cameras. No interior cameras. Full 360 exterior cameras are on 24/7 for your safety.
Note that $2000+ deposit/fees are withheld/charged for any infraction of the house rules, especially those that impact our neighbors or if local law enforcement are called.

Beautiful and spacious with a very responsive host. Neighborhood is a little tricky to drive in with a lot of hills and sharp turns but would be fine if you’re used to it.

My group and I were very satisfied with the property and even more so with the manager and owner. Our plans were last minute and changed several times, but Alex and Apollo handled it all with great professionalism. Nestled in the hills
This VRBO is in a nice area, with tons of food and shopping nearby. The house is unique and has plenty of room.
We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay at this property again!

Birthday Suprise
Big group came to SF to celebrate and suprise a sibling's 70th birthday. House was plenty big and well appointed.
Beds were very comfortable! Location was great and very convenient. Management was prompt and very accommodating.

Overall, this house was wonderful for our family get-together!!! Great location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Prompt communications with owner!
Two things that are not as evident on photos is the stairs required to enter house and stairs inside. My elderly mother did ok, but had to be extra careful.

Perfect home
Our gathering was with a handful of our class of ‘74 girlfriends! Everything at the house was more than we expected! The kitchen had plenty of counter space and was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses, bowls, foil, spices, and many more items. In addition, the basket of goodies was a welcoming addition. Beds were very comfortable and we all had a restful night sleep which is very important. Another benefit of staying at this house was having three full bathrooms. The property manager was pleasant and prompt getting back to a few questions. The instructions for entering and leaving were clear and precise. Precious memories were created here as we sat around the dining table or in the living room reminiscing of the our high school days and our many shenangians!I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone wishing to be in this area! The proximity was perfect for all our outings.

Convenient house
We had a good experience. This home sits in the hills of Belmont with beautiful views of the bay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the location is great. There is driveway parking which is nice.
The furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. House has central AC for the warmer days, which is great. Wifi is fast. The house is sparsely decorated, but we didn’t have an issue with it.
As others have mentioned, the house just has a *lot* of stairs - not good or bad, but important if you’re staying with elderly folks or young toddlers with mobility/safety issues.
We did have a small mechanical issue that the host very quickly and graciously took care of.
Overall I think you will have a hard time finding a better value for a 4 bedroom home in this area - there may be “fancier” homes but the cost will reflect that. As long as your party doesn’t have issues with stairs, I would definitely consider this rental if you’re coming to the area.

Belmont Hilltop Hideaway
We stayed here for the week surrounding our youngest daughter’s wedding at Twin Pines Park (just down the hill). It was perfect for our extended family (children/, grandchildren , & in-laws) with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths — one of each on the main level. The two living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out. The property manager was a joy to work with — good communication & rapid response to questions. Would definitely stay in one of this property owners houses the next time we need a short-term rental in the area!

Perfect house
We stayed for a long weekend with our family. The house is perfect for us - it’s spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable. Location is great in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and convenient to all. Lots of space and hosts are great. Would definitely stay here again when we are back to the area.

Accurate photos and description
We were visiting family in the area and this was a great spot for our two families to stay comfortably. Plenty of space and parking. Also easy walk to Belmont train station.
