The Perfect Setting

This property has a fabulous view of the ocean. We enjoyed family meals around the outdoor patio, the pool was perfect, and you could walk easily to the center of town. We had 75% of our meals at the house. There was plenty of room and lovely appliances.We laughed a lot, went to the beach every day but one. It was relaxing and so much fun!

Friend Get-Away

This house was perfect for our girlfriend group's stay. We barely left home but when we did, we could walk almost everywhere. Nick and Heather were aces - responsive and available, with necessary answers to a few questions.Thanks for a lovely visit.

Home away from home and in a great location

My family and I stayed here for 5 days just before the official summer season started, but the shops and restaurants were open.We loved this house. The beach access is right outside the doorstep. We brought our dog too and the balconies allowed all of us to lounge outside and not worry about her being unsafe. She was able to chill outside with us.You cannot beat the location of this house. Walking distance to everything! Ice cream, shopping, restaurants, the park, WaWa - all while being beachfront! The house offers everything needed. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Beautiful view and close to everything

We loved this property! The layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms and extra family room space gave everyone in our group the space they needed. The views were incredible of the ocean and we loved the lookout nook and roof deck. Plunge pool was nicely done and garage well stocked with beach items. Location was great for walking to morning coffee or going for a night out on the town! The hosts were very responsive and courteous.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway at your home! Your home is so beautiful and has absolutely everything we needed to relax, unwind, and recharge! The location is perfect! We truly enjoyed looking out at the ocean all day every day, walking on the beach, and walking to town. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Excellent stay which easily accommodated a Thanksgiving stay for 12 family members. Only comment was no locks on any of the bathroom or bedroom doors.

Beach front stay

The home is extremely comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a family reunion vacation. Plenty of parking. Fenced back yard perfect for dogs. The host is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns.

This House has it all!

The location is ideal - right on the beach and close to downtown. The outdoor spaces are large and comfortable for big groups. The jetted pool was a wonderful way to end a beach day. And the fenced backyard was great for our dog. The interior of the house is also spacious and easily accommodated our family. The house has bikes, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!!

Love, love, love the location and the house!

House easily accommodated my husband, myself plus our 2 adult children, spouses and grandkids - ages 19, 16, 15, 14,13 and 5 yrs old. All total 12 of us. Very nice selection of start-up supplies. We have vacationed in Stone Harbor for many, many summers, first time Summer of 1982, and have stayed at multiple homes/locations. This is by far the best accommodations yet- very close to the Beach , close to town, and excellent communication with the host. Not to mention no hassle of standing in line on check-in day at a realtors office to pick up keys! I highly recommend!!!!!

Fantastic Stone Harbor property and location

Our extended family enjoyed an awesome time at this well appointed beach house, right on the dunes of Stone Harbor. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the house to make our stay more enjoyable, and lots of extras were provided (like beach chairs, bicycles, etc.). The owner, Nick, was very responsive to any questions and provided helpful info before our stay even began. If you're looking for that "just right" beach house, this is it!

Stone Harbor Gem

The house is located within walking distance of downtown Stone Harbor and a couple of steps from the beach. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but the homeowner received my suggestions and said they would be solved. The view is great, the new pool is relaxing, and our family had a fabulous time!

Great 4 day stay in Stone Harbor

Thank you, Nick & family for a what became a beautiful momentous long weekend stay celebrating my daughter’s wedding in Avalon. Your home is beautiful and plenty of bedrooms and space for us to spread out. The views from the rooms facing the ocean are spectacular. Thank you for being great hosts. We really enjoyed our special few days with our close family in this true “beach house”!

Ten high school woman (had our 50th high school reunion this past year) stayed at this property. What a great time we had. The property is so nice and in a great location. The weather wasn’t the best but that didn’t stop us from having a blast! The view of the ocean is beautiful. Close to downtown shopping. Went to Cape May Winery, ate drank and were all merry! :)

Beautiful house

The property was amazing, directly on the beach. The weather was not our friend this trip however I would love to return in the summer. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from downtown Stone Harbor, absolutely a great location! Will definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family time over Christmas at the beach

We regularly travel as a family during Christmas and find a place with great views and local walking access to shops and services. Sometimes it’s hard to find a house that has enough bedrooms and allows pets to accommodate our group. We also like to cook a lot and need a substantial kitchen. This vacation included me and my wife, 22 and 18yo kids, my 77yo in laws, and dogs. Besides being an attractively decorated house, Nick and Heathers house was that sweet spot of views, access, and functional space. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and parking were easy. The vacation was very memorable. We would definitely recommend to others and go back any time of year.

The perfect location and perfect house for a wedding stay!

The house was amazing! The views of the ocean from several different vantage points in the house made for some awesome pictures on the morning of the wedding. We were extremely lucky to have an absolutely beautiful day in November, which made for some spectacular shots! The house was exactly what we needed for the bridal party to gather for the wedding festivities. Tons of room and everything that we needed at our disposal made for a really nice stay for everyone. Heather and Nick were great hosts and did everything possible to make sure our stay was memorable!

The Reality is Better than the Photographs (and the Photos Are Pretty Dreamy)

The location of this property couldn't be better: on the beach with a pool, three (short) blocks from restaurants, shops, etc. Remarkably private considering the house is next to the public beach. More importantly, the house is super comfortable--the decks catch the breeze (two decks and a patio), three baths on the ground level, two on the upper and the furniture is extremely nice for a beach house. Great house, great vacation!

Beach Vacation

The property is beautiful and has all the creature comforts one could ask for. Proximity to the beach, spectacular views from the decks and a luxurious pool make it the perfect getaway. The owner is very conscientious about the amenities needed to make you feel right at home, including staples to let you settle in without having to run to a store. We really loved our stay!

This property is literally one that you can park your car and not have to drive for the rest of you stay. Town is only 2 blocks away. The beach is so close that you don't even need to venture off the property to enjoy the ocean view and breeze!
