Perfect House!! The house is amazing and location is unmatched. The only minor negative about this house is the road in front of the house. If you have small children it could be a potential hazard. Otherwise, I would stay here everytime I visit Kennebunk!

The location of the Beach House could not have been any better! Steps from the beach which was so convenient for lunch and bathroom breaks. The location is also close to Kennebunkport Center, restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us - my grandkids would have stayed forever! Brian responded immediately to any questions I had. Highly recommend this property!!!

Kennebunk/Kennebunkport was an amazingly beautiful town and the Beach House was perfectly situated across the street from Gooch’s Beach. We had 4 generations together from age 10 mo the up to age 72. Everyone had a wonderful time and the house was better than we expected. We would all highly recommend!

Lovely house directly on the water. There is nothing more energizing and relaxing as a pounding surf and it is right on your doorstep.

Visited Kennebunk with immediate family and in-laws. House was great with ample space / room for everyone, and location was ideal for beach access. Also very close to town, roughly 1 mile to get to shops & restaurants.

Wedding in Kennebunk

Place was comfortable for 6 adults. The wet bar area was the hangout place coffee, conversation and wine. Great location!

Location is superb

Very well stocked and in the perfect location! Our family had spent time up north in Bar Harbor and then came south to Kennebunkport- my favorite part of the whole trip was the gathering space on the front porch. Thank you for the memories!

Fantastic Beach House

Our weeklong stay at the house couldn’t have been better. The location is fantastic and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and convenient location. We will definitely consider booking the house again in the future.
