This freshly updated 2500 sq ft farmhouse is actually located on an old dairy farm. The land around it is currently used for a cattle operation, grain storage, and farming so you are set in the middle of a full farm experience. Fee free to pet the mini-donkeys! Located 12 min to McLane Stadium/Baylor and 15 minutes to Magnolia Market Silos. This is a great place to stay for a large group outside of the city with plenty of parking. This is a 3 bdrm 2.5 ba home with two living areas and formal dining as well as breakfast area in the kitchen. Large patio with picnic tables as well.
This property is also located near several major Golf Courses (Cottonwood Creek, Bear Ridge Golf Club, and Lake Waco Golf Club) and just minutes to the popular attraction, Waco Surf. Waco Surf has surfing, wakeboarding, lazy river, wakeboard cable park, wedge slide, and more.

Great Stay

Really great house for what we were needing, the kids enjoyed the donkeys and cattle. Plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to play.

Tour of Texas

Great location as we toured around different areas of Texas (Waco, Austin, Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas). House was perfect for our family and we loved visiting the cows and donkeys next door!

Outstanding Gem!!!

When you rent a property online, there’s a certain standard you hope for and are usually met. Upon arrival, we knew this would exceed expectations. A quaint farmhouse next to a pasture with cows and two friendly donkeys. The farmhouse is wonderfully decorated and the layout was perfect. Overall, great experience!

The house was perfect for our family. Enough room for everyone to spread out after a day together. We loved reading about the history of the house and family. Would highly recommend if you are heading to Waco!!

Beautiful farm house

We felt at home on the property. Being there reminded us of our childhood farm. Lovely updates inside and out of the property. Definitely would stay again when we return to Waco.

Wonderful Family Weekend

My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this beautiful farmhouse. My daughter loved petting and feeding treats to the mini donkeys. I enjoyed reading about the history of the dairy farm. It has a great country feel and is only 10 minutes to Baylor and restaurants.

Wonderful in Waco

We 5 college roomates from 50 years ago, had a great time! We had lots of space and with 3 1/2 baths, it was very convenient. The grounds were peaceful and relaxing and we enjoyed feeding the donkeys. The house is only about 5 min outside of Waco, but still in the country. The house is very clean and comfortable ensuring a return visit!

Mothers 82nd Birthday
