Welcome to JoyHouse in Waco, Texas! I am so excited to share this special get away with you. It is perfect place to stay for family gatherings, Baylor events, weddings, girls' weekend, or a romantic get away. There a so many fun things to do in Waco and surrounding areas.

This house has been a labor of love and is a true gem after its fixer-upper journey. This 3 bedroom home is nestled on a quiet street with charm both inside and out. Enjoy the updates and beauty of JoyHouse, whether gathered around the farm table, cozied up by the fireplace, playing games at the vintage game table, or relaxing under the cafe lights in the private, fenced yard.

JoyHouse sleeps 6 comfortably with one queen bed in private master suite. Enjoy an additional queen bed in a second bedroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds. Additional air mattresses also available. There are also portable cribs available.


Gather around a large table in the kitchen, perfect for making memories. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including a dual coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, pot/pans, utensils, and all you would need to enjoy a bottle of wine (or 2,3 or 4) etc.

Linens, towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryers, toilet tissue and paper towels are all provided.

There is internet and three TVs for your enjoyment. The living room, twin room and master suite are all equipped with smart TVs.

There is outdoor seating under cafe lights in the fenced private backyard.

There is ample parking in the double driveway and attached garage.
