Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.20 min drive international airport,brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 25 dollars a day

We had such a wonderful stay! Relaxing, clean, comfortable, roomy and convenient to all sorts of activities and food! The pool was refreshing and it was so pleasant to sit poolside for our morning coffee . Our host were always accessible. Thank you for making my hubby's 72nd birthday trip memorable

My family loved the pool. We spent quite a bit of time there. If we come back to Orlando this is the place we would like to stay again. It met our families needs and it was very roomy and spacious for eight people. It was very clean and family friendly. Seem to be a very nice neighborhood. No problems at all there.

This property was very well located for the event that we needed to attend while we were there. (BMX track). It was very clean and they had just had some painting done. This house is an older home in the older neighborhood of St. Cloud FL, This home is low stocked so be prepared to bring any necessary items. (ex. aluminum foil, zip lock bags, extra paper products, more towels, working can opener etc.) The host was easy to communicate with and answered quickly when asked questions. Even though there is pool table it is located in the garage and really could not be used because of the heat this time of year. Also you do not have access to park your car in the garage. The home is located by many stores and restaurants and easy exit off the Florida Turnpike.

House was not how it looked in pictures walls where dirty there was smell in the bathroom like someone pee in the floor no ping pong table was available only pool table and sticks for pool table where broken. Too much money to have all these problems house was out dated worse house ever rented as a every time travler to Orlando

The guests left trash everywhere in the property,my cleaners took pictures and sent them to me,ive been a premier host since the premier host began and have had countless 5 star reviews They presumed i would give them a negative review because they left the villa in a poor state but i didn’t Ian and nicola villa owners

This was a great stay for the weekend. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the teens loved the pool . The neighborhood was nice, no loud noises at night, and close enough to shopping and attractions. The owners were very responsive to messages as well as we had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved.
