Tämä koti on kunnostettu kokonaan ja tuntuu aivan uudelta kodilta. Se on täydellinen paikka tavata perheen tai ystävien kanssa ikimuistoisia viikkoja / viikonloppuja.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yhden auton autotalli, kansi merinäköalalla ja joelle, puoli kylpy, täysin ladattu keittiö, luonnonvalolla täytetty ruokasali / olohuone ja makuuhuone omalla 3/4-kylpyhuoneisella kylpyhuoneella

Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone.

Alemmalla tasolla on liukusäädin ulos pihalle ja siihen sisältyy 3/4 kylpyhuone, makuuhuone (ilman ikkunoita) ja ylimitoitettu perhehuone. Perhehuone on täydellinen peleihin, arvoituksiin ja elokuviin sateisinä päivinä. Sisältää myös täysikokoisen futonin ja yhden kokoisen vyörymisvuoteen, joka sijaitsee lukunurkkauksen alla!

Another great week!

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this property! We love everything about it. The space/bedrooms, toys/games/puzzles etc and the location couldn’t be better! The short walk to the beach and town is so convenient! The yard, outdoor shower and beach toys are also really wonderful. It’s very kid friendly! We always look forward to staying at this house and can’t wait to return next year!

Ogunquit Family Vacation

Great location that is a 5 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and less than 10 minutes to Ogunquit Beach. Tucked on a side street between downtown and the ocean that is quiet.

Amazing Fall Stay

Amazing home, perfect location and we had the best time! Our stay was the last week of October and the weather was perfect! Will definitely be coming back! I’ve stayed at many of the hotels and bed and breakfast in Ogunquit and I am now spoiled and won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Another great week!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this house and we truly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in OGT! From the location, to all of beach toys/games/puzzles etc, to the deck and outdoor shower, we absolutely love this house! It’s so comfortable and the owners have thought of everything! Jessica is so responsive and very easy to communicate with! We LOVE the short walk to the beach and town! We can’t wait to go back next year :)

Wonderful Home

Our family returned this year for our coveted time together and The Maine Event was the perfect place. Everything was perfect and the locations just can’t be beat. The toys in the garage were a huge hit!

Perfect Ogunquit House!

I brought a group of women to The Maine Event for a small bachelorette celebration and it was the perfect house for us! We stayed three nights and enjoyed walked to the beach and downtown for meals. Memorial Day get away

The property was amazing and so were the hosts. Communication was a breeze and Jessica was very accommodating. It’s a perfect location - a very short walk to shops and restaurants and a very reasonable walking distance to the beach. The location is centrally located yet feels private. It was quiet, clean, and had all of the wonderful amenities promised in the listing. I would highly recommend and would rent again.

Annual friends weekend

Perfect location. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is clean with everything you need. Beautiful view of the ocean while sitting on the deck enjoying a beverage. The owners are very responsive. Our second year staying at this home and looking forward to next year's visit.

Ogunquit Family Trip

This was our first family trip to Ogunquit in over 2 years and the first time we rented a house instead of staying in a hotel. I am so glad we decided to stay at The Maine Event - fantastic location, beautifully decorated and updated, extremely clean, and owners who were very responsive. I will miss having coffee on the deck looking at the ocean or relaxing in the comfy outdoor patio furniture. We had a great, relaxing vacation and hope to stay there again.

Perfect location and home!

We had a wonderful time at The Maine Event! The house was perfect for our large family. We celebrated Easter and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cooking gear, glassware etc that we needed. It’s really the perfect location and everything is clean and new. We definitely plan to return again in the future!

Perfection!

Our stay included two families of four. You can't beat this location, with views of the water and quick walks to the beach. The walk into the charming town is even quicker. The house had everything we needed, and more space than we could handle (not a bad thing at all). All the rooms were connected to roku and flat screen TVs, and the wine fridge and grill really came in handy. LOVED our stay!

Great house, wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house! This is our 3rd summer staying here and it never disappoints! The location is so ideal, just a short walk to town and the beach. Many new renovations this year! The outdoor shower and updates to the deck being our favorites! The house is super clean, updated and comfortable, Plenty of space for everyone. The yard is also great for kids! Jessica is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! We look forward to returning again next year :)

A gem of a property

Our first vacation in Ogunquit and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is stunning - beautifully decorated with ocean views. And the location cannot be beat. Our favorite part was having Ogunquit’s amenities all within walking distance - we only used our car once to get groceries. We strolled to get coffee and açaí bowls in the morning, walked to beach during the day and tried a different restaurant each night. The owners were incredibly responsive and answered questions prior to our arrival. Our teens are already asking when we can go back!

Beautiful house in ideal location!

We have been staying in OGT for over 20 years, renting homes for the last 10. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The house itself is updated nicely, has a great layout for groups or multi-generations, and the location is perfect. Short walk to town, Beach, and Marginal Way. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, which has a view of the river and ocean. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The beach chairs, beach cart, and beach towels were an added bonus. Looking forward to coming back to this house again next year! Thank you, Jessica and Josh.

Beautiful home, walking distance to town and beach

We just returned from another wonderful week in Ogunquit, our 3rd year at this house. We absolutely love everything about this property. Park your car and enjoy a 5-min walk to shops and restaurants in town, and a 10-min walk to one of the best beaches in New England. The layout of the home is perfect for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The owners thought of everything, including ample glassware, dishes, cooking equipment and utensils, towels, sheets, games, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and beach gear. We loved the large dining room table, ideal for group dinners, and playing games. The furniture is updated and comfortable. The owners made significant improvements to the house since last year, including a new 3rd sliding glass door that completely opened up the living room to the updated deck and ocean view. The owners are very attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed, and were very responsive to any questions. We have rented numerous homes on VRBO and AirBNB, and this is our favorite house and hosts! Thank you, Jessica!

Perfect in Every Way

It was a perfect stay in every way at The Maine Event. Our family was looking for a change of scenery, having spent the spring working and attending school remotely (we have 2 rising seniors, high school and college) at our home in Portsmouth, thanks to the quarantine. Ogunquit meant we didn’t have to drive far to start enjoying ourselves, and the house on Hoyt’s Lane meant we could leave the car parked and walk everywhere—to the beach, downtown, or Marginal Way. Both kids had friends up from Portsmouth for day visits. Each staked out their own floor for hang space (although ample sunshine meant we spent most of the daytime hours at the beach), and the large dining room table in the living-dining area offered a place to come together at the end of the day for dinner, jigsaw puzzles, and NBA game time. The house was just as lovely as the photos and description suggest. Newly appointed, everything is immaculate and intuitively arranged. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking implement imaginable, from the basics (plenty of pots and pans of all sizes, serving dishes, plates, glasses, and flatware, the obligatory coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher) to the extras—a crockpot, brand new blender, additional toaster, coffee grinder, fridge with cubed and crushed ice maker and chilled water dispenser, and 6-burner gas stove. Plus, a wet bar with all kinds of wine glasses—flutes, stemmed, stemless—and wine chiller. There are a couple different common areas for group gathering, and plenty of nooks, indoors and out, for quieter, solo time. The large screen TVs on the main floor and downstairs in the basement living area make for excellent home theater. And the deck off the main floor and terrace off the walk-out basement provide sweet spots to visit outside. I caught two incredible sunrises off the deck. Worth the early rise. The beds throughout the house were new and quite comfortable. There were plenty of towels and sheets, although we brought our own. While we did not make use of the pullout sofa beds, futon, or trundle bed, we noted the house can sleep at least the 11 indicated. Owner Jessica was communicative and responsive. We were left to guess at nothing, every need anticipated. We have had the privilege of enjoying many vacation rentals, all over the world. This one is among the top for location, quality of accommodations, cleanliness, and owner responsiveness. I could not recommend it more highly. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Location, Beautiful home

We decided to visit Maine for our annual girls trip this year, which was a first for all 4 of us and right away we fell in love! We wanted a village/town that was walkable, with plenty of original eating and shopping options, while also being near the beach/ocean. So glad we found this place! Beautiful home, plenty of private and gathering space, (would be great for families) ocean view and most importantly for us…quiet, but an easy walk to the lovely Ogunquit beach, or just as easy to stroll into town. Everyone we came across was welcoming and kind! Absolutely perfect!

Ocean and river views from just about every room in the house! Easy walk to both the beach and downtown. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs feature solar powered skylight that opens and closes blind via remote. Each bedroom upstairs also features its own split for heating and air conditioning. Professionally landscaped yard includes patio with ocean views, mature plants, and plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities.

Just park your car for your stay and walk everywhere!
