Cette maison a été entiÚrement rénovée et ressemble à une toute nouvelle maison. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis pour des semaines / week-ends mémorables.

Le premier étage comprend un garage pour une voiture, terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et la riviÚre, 1/2 salle de bain, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salle à manger / salon baignée de lumiÚre naturelle et chambre principale avec salle de bain 3/4

Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a deux chambres et une salle de bain complĂšte.

Le niveau infĂ©rieur a un curseur sur la cour et comprend une salle de bain 3/4, une chambre (sans fenĂȘtre) et une salle familiale surdimensionnĂ©e. La salle familiale est parfaite pour les jeux, les puzzles et les films les jours de pluie. Comprend Ă©galement un futon pleine grandeur et un lit gigogne simple situĂ© sous le coin lecture!

Another great week!

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this property! We love everything about it. The space/bedrooms, toys/games/puzzles etc and the location couldn’t be better! The short walk to the beach and town is so convenient! The yard, outdoor shower and beach toys are also really wonderful. It’s very kid friendly! We always look forward to staying at this house and can’t wait to return next year!

Ogunquit Family Vacation

Great location that is a 5 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and less than 10 minutes to Ogunquit Beach. Tucked on a side street between downtown and the ocean that is quiet.

Amazing Fall Stay

Amazing home, perfect location and we had the best time! Our stay was the last week of October and the weather was perfect! Will definitely be coming back! I’ve stayed at many of the hotels and bed and breakfast in Ogunquit and I am now spoiled and won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful Home

Our family returned this year for our coveted time together and The Maine Event was the perfect place. Everything was perfect and the locations just can’t be beat. The toys in the garage were a huge hit!

Perfect Ogunquit House!

I brought a group of women to The Maine Event for a small bachelorette celebration and it was the perfect house for us! We stayed three nights and enjoyed walked to the beach and downtown for meals. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Thank you, Kanes, for an incredible stay!

Perfect Family Weekend

We stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The location made for an easy walk to town or the beach. The house was even equipped with toys and books that our toddler enjoyed. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Another great week!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this house and we truly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in OGT! From the location, to all of beach toys/games/puzzles etc, to the deck and outdoor shower, we absolutely love this house! It’s so comfortable and the owners have thought of everything! Jessica is so responsive and very easy to communicate with! We LOVE the short walk to the beach and town! We can’t wait to go back next year :)

Annual friends weekend

Perfect location. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is clean with everything you need. Beautiful view of the ocean while sitting on the deck enjoying a beverage. The owners are very responsive. Our second year staying at this home and looking forward to next year's visit.

Memorial Day get away

The property was amazing and so were the hosts. Communication was a breeze and Jessica was very accommodating. It’s a perfect location - a very short walk to shops and restaurants and a very reasonable walking distance to the beach. The location is centrally located yet feels private. It was quiet, clean, and had all of the wonderful amenities promised in the listing. I would highly recommend and would rent again.

Ogunquit Family Trip

This was our first family trip to Ogunquit in over 2 years and the first time we rented a house instead of staying in a hotel. I am so glad we decided to stay at The Maine Event - fantastic location, beautifully decorated and updated, extremely clean, and owners who were very responsive. I will miss having coffee on the deck looking at the ocean or relaxing in the comfy outdoor patio furniture. We had a great, relaxing vacation and hope to stay there again.

Perfect location and home!

We had a wonderful time at The Maine Event! The house was perfect for our large family. We celebrated Easter and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cooking gear, glassware etc that we needed. It’s really the perfect location and everything is clean and new. We definitely plan to return again in the future!

Perfection!

Our stay included two families of four. You can't beat this location, with views of the water and quick walks to the beach. The walk into the charming town is even quicker. The house had everything we needed, and more space than we could handle (not a bad thing at all). All the rooms were connected to roku and flat screen TVs, and the wine fridge and grill really came in handy. LOVED our stay!

We can’t wait to go back!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our group! The convenience to the beach and town was key for us (with 5 and 3 year olds the walk was very manageable). The house is perfect for a bigger family or multiple families. I’ve been coming to Ogunquit for 4 years and this is by far the best house that we have stayed at. We are already looking forward to returning next year! Jessica and Josh were very helpful and always got back to us quickly with questions etc.

Fabulous home - 5 star review.

We have been renting homes in Ogunquit during Columbus Day weekend for 15 years. This home is by far the best we've stayed at. It's cozy, yet spacious for a large group. Well maintained and extremely clean. Gourmet kitchen. Nice deck with views of the ocean. It's only a short walk to Ogunquit center. The Maine Event is a winner!

Perfect Location, Beautiful home

We decided to visit Maine for our annual girls trip this year, which was a first for all 4 of us and right away we fell in love! We wanted a village/town that was walkable, with plenty of original eating and shopping options, while also being near the beach/ocean. So glad we found this place! Beautiful home, plenty of private and gathering space, (would be great for families) ocean view and most importantly for us
quiet, but an easy walk to the lovely Ogunquit beach, or just as easy to stroll into town. Everyone we came across was welcoming and kind! Absolutely perfect!

Great house, wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house! This is our 3rd summer staying here and it never disappoints! The location is so ideal, just a short walk to town and the beach. Many new renovations this year! The outdoor shower and updates to the deck being our favorites! The house is super clean, updated and comfortable, Plenty of space for everyone. The yard is also great for kids! Jessica is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! We look forward to returning again next year :)

Our previous property was a townhouse which we rented for 5 years. The chance to own a single family closer to town and the beach with ocean and river view was an opportunity we could not pass up!

Ocean and river views from just about every room in the house! Easy walk to both the beach and downtown. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs feature solar powered skylight that opens and closes blind via remote. Each bedroom upstairs also features its own split for heating and air conditioning. Professionally landscaped yard includes patio with ocean views, mature plants, and plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities.

Just park your car for your stay and walk everywhere!
