The location was great. Easy walk into town for coffee and a bit more to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation! House had everything we needed. We love the fire pit outside. Lots of memories made.

Great house, well located to beach, town and Perkins Cove. Terrific kitchen. Well appointed including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, pails and shovels and beach cart. Charcoal grill, fire pit, nice outdoor eating space- we used it all! And wonderful responsive agent. Many thanks!

We have been renting in Oqunquit for 15 years and this has been our favorite house. We have stayed here the past 3 summers and plan on returning next year. The house has everything you need, plenty of space, fabulous kitchen, comfortable living room, 4 bedrooms, grill, fire pit, outside shower, etc. The location is perfect and Stephanie is great!
