Accueil Oceanfront avec une vue magnifique!

Hébergement: Duplex Oceanfront avec 4 chambres, 3 BA, (une en suite). 10 couchages par cÎté.

Évadez-vous dans notre duplex abordable en bord de mer qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an. En fĂ©vrier, nous avons ajoutĂ© des appareils en acier inoxydable Ă  la cuisine. Des photos des nouveaux appareils seront bientĂŽt ajoutĂ©es au site Web. La maison a une sensation de chalet lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e et est un endroit parfait pour se dĂ©tendre. Admirez la vue de l'intĂ©rieur ou sortez sur le porche couvert pour profiter d'une brise en bord de mer. Il y a aussi un escalier dune de la plage avec un banc et des vues plus exceptionnelles. En raison du stationnement hors rue restreint d'Emerald Isle, les belles plages ne sont jamais bondĂ©es.

Les équipements comprennent également un service sans fil haut débit, une douche extérieure et une laveuse / sécheuse.

Informations supplĂ©mentaires: L'emplacement unique d'Emerald Isle offre aux maisons de l'Ăźle de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. Notre maison est situĂ©e au bout d'une rue sans issue, donc il n'y a pas de circulation. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes des restaurants, des magasins, du golf, du kayak, des cinĂ©mas, de la pĂȘche, du vĂ©lo, des parcs de toboggans, du tennis, des terrains de basket, d'un aquarium et de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s. Les autres intĂ©rĂȘts de la rĂ©gion comprennent des visites de la ville historique de Beaufort, de Fort Macon, de Swansboro, des excursions d'une demi-journĂ©e ou d'une journĂ©e complĂšte au parc d'État Hammocks Beach ou Ă  Cape Look Out. (Ces deux Ăźles n'ont pas de maisons ou de dĂ©veloppement commercial et ont un grand bombardement.)

Les locations se font du dimanche au dimanche. Il est interdit de fumer et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Vous devez avoir au moins 25 ans pour louer la propriété. Les prix indiqués sont pour les locations à la semaine. Les locations à la nuitée sont disponibles hors saison ou à la derniÚre minute en haute saison si une semaine s'ouvre. Les prix comprennent les draps et le nettoyage pendant la haute saison et sont un supplément s'il n'y a pas de location hebdomadaire complÚte. We loved the Catalina cottage so much. The lay out of the house was perfect for our family. The beautiful picture windows showed off the ocean perfectly. The porch and the private balcony were tge best places to hang out. And no beach trip is perfect without an outdoor shower. They have a great outdoor shower. We loved everything about the cottage. And our host, Debbie was super easy to talk to and communicated easily with us.

Perfect getaway

A nice house right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen with everything we could have needed. The dead end street has no vehicle traffic and very little foot traffic. The beach was quiet with very few people even with the public access right there. The duplex was very quiet with guests staying on the other side. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved this home. You could tell that it was well loved. The kitchen is stocked with the little things you need, like spices, and the pots/pans, dishes, etc., are well stocked. Beds are comfortable, and towels are fluffy. My suggestion, if you are traveling with teens, is to get them a bike rental. There is not much within easy walking distance, but plenty within riding distance.

August Family Vacation

Eight adults enjoyed the beachfront condo which offered privacy and comfort for all guests. Beach access, front porch rockers, we’ll planned common areas and 3 bathrooms made our selection the right one.

The distance from the beach to the house was great! Sat on the porch every morning and every night. Outside shower was so nice too! Our host was very helpful!

Amazing property

We had the best weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day! The views were spectacular, the house adorable and well stocked, and Debbie the owner was so kind, responsive, and accommodating! Awesome Beach trip

Great beachfront location and gorgeous views.... beach is steps away from the property. Enjoyed the beach during the day and the stars in the night. Girls weekend at the beach!

Debbie our host was very informative and courteous. She made herself available for answering any questions that we had. Our place was well stocked with towels and sheets, clean and comfortable. It was a great location. Would love to come back again.

Great Beach House!

We loved our stay at Catalina. Great location, great ocean views. We rented both sides and having the inside door between them made all the difference--it felt like one big house. We loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean, and cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The only improvements we'd recommend is better WiFi and dressers in the King bedrooms. We hope to return next year!

Stay was good house was as described owner sent excellent email of things to do places to eat while down there which was very helpful. House was on the beach , only problem we had was sheets had not been washed on king bed had to strip and wash and towels smelled of cigarette smoke had to wash all that we used prior to using.

Great location. Very responsive and helpful owner. Nice to have some necessities provided so shopping could be deferred until convenient. Granddaughter loved the boogie board supplied. Space a bit tight when all beds occupied; a little more open shelving or storage would be helpful.

The Golf Battle at Swansboro 2019

7 northern Ohio golfers looking to escape to golf courses around Emerald Isle. The duplex served as the perfect base with beautiful ocean views and enough beds and baths for everyone. Debbie and Elly helped make it an enjoyable stress-free stay. We're already looking forward to the Golf Battle at Swansboro 2020. We all would highly recommend this duplex.

Beach Wedding

Our daughter got married at Emerald Isle, and our family stayed in this home. This was an amazing place (even better than the photos)! We loved our stay in this peaceful, quintessential beach house! We loved the comfy beds, the rocking chairs on the covered porches (such an amazing view), quiet street, beautiful private access to the beach, etc. This place was really so perfect that we were all so sad to leave. Great location, very clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. Owners extremely friendly and prompt when responding to our email inquiries. We only wish we knew the owners, so that we could thank them personally for our wonderful stay!!

Visit Emerald Isle, Oceanfront

Communication was great with the owner. She was very quick to respond, never took more than 24 hours. The only negative of the whole trip was the AC was not working when we arrived. This was due to the drip pan being full. Once we reported it, she was quick to get an HVAC guy to the house. He drained the pan inside of 30 minutes and we were back in operation. The beautiful view of the ocean and beach access were as represented. The house is at the end of the street, so there is no through traffic. The house is not far from the local Food Lion, so getting food and supplies is very easy. The house is equipped with an outside shower for getting sand and salt off of clothes and swimwear. There is also a handy foot wash near the bottom of the stairs. Really enjoyed our stay. Would consider staying there again.

So Wonderful!

My family spent an amazing month at this beach house in July. The house is right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean from the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area. It's a very short walk from the deck, down a few stairs to the beautiful soft sand of the beach. This area of Emerald Isle was very quiet during our stay, which is just how we like it! Debbie, the owner of the house, was exceptionally easy to work with. She had lots of great suggestions on restaurants, local sights and activities for everyone in our group. She was incredibly responsive whenever we texted during our stay. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and toys provided for guests to use during their stay. There were plenty of linens and towels for each bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry items and plenty of pots & pans for homemade meals. Our favorite fresh seafood market (Cap'n Willis Seafood Market) is only a mile down the road and has the best fresh fish and steamed crabs in the area. We put the kitchen to use most nights when we weren't dining at one of the restaurants in the area. After dinner we'd sit on the porch to watch the sunset and enjoy the beach view. Once it was dark we'd go back down to the beach to look for ghost crabs. We didn't turn on the TV once during our stay because there were just too many other things to do and we wanted to soak up as much of the beach as possible! We'd love to book this property again in the future!

We loved our time here with the whole family. The house, which was recently updated, was well cared for and clean. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was perfect with direct beach access, and we loved the relaxing porch overlooking the water with rocking chairs for the group. It felt cozy and comfortable and we all had a great time. The owner, Debbie, is great to work with and she provided us lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Three families originally purchased the whole duplex in 2001 where we raised our families. Life changes and I bought the East side of the duplex 1/2020 to keep it in my family. I grew up in Swansboro and most of my relatives still live in the area so I am a great resource for suggestions on places to go when you are vacationing in my house.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with the views the first time I entered the house. I loved the location at the end of a no-through street and the fact that the lot to the left of the property is a treed, undeveloped lot. When we first purchased the duplex it had dark paneling and furniture that looked like it belonged in the mountains. We have updated the house every year. Within the last 5 years we added new siding, windows, a bathroom, floors, deck, landing, new roof, TVs and this year I just added new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Our high dune affords us great views and we have more privacy than most places on the island due to the treed lot beside of us and being the last house on the street.
