Alojamiento: Duplex frente al mar con 4 habitaciones, 3 baños, (uno en suite). Duerme 10 por lado.

Escápese a nuestro asequible dúplex frente al mar que tiene impresionantes vistas frente al mar. En febrero agregamos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable a la cocina. Las imágenes de los nuevos electrodomésticos se agregarán pronto al sitio web. La casa tiene un ambiente luminoso, aireado, de cabaña y es un lugar perfecto para relajarse. Admire la vista desde el interior o salga al porche cubierto para disfrutar de la brisa frente al mar. También hay unos pasos de aterrizaje de dunas desde la playa con un banco y vistas más destacadas. Debido al estacionamiento restringido fuera de la calle de Emerald Isle, las hermosas playas nunca están llenas de gente.

Las comodidades también incluyen servicio inalámbrico de alta velocidad, ducha al aire libre y lavadora / secadora.

Información adicional: La ubicación única de Emerald Isle ofrece a los hogares de la isla hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres. Nuestra casa está ubicada al final de una calle sin salida para que no haya tráfico. We loved our time here with the whole family. The house, which was recently updated, was well cared for and clean. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was perfect with direct beach access, and we loved the relaxing porch overlooking the water with rocking chairs for the group. It felt cozy and comfortable and we all had a great time. The owner, Debbie, is great to work with and she provided us lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Catalina cottage so much. The lay out of the house was perfect for our family. The beautiful picture windows showed off the ocean perfectly. The porch and the private balcony were tge best places to hang out. And no beach trip is perfect without an outdoor shower. They have a great outdoor shower. We loved everything about the cottage. And our host, Debbie was super easy to talk to and communicated easily with us.

Absolutely loved this home. You could tell that it was well loved. The kitchen is stocked with the little things you need, like spices, and the pots/pans, dishes, etc., are well stocked. Beds are comfortable, and towels are fluffy. My suggestion, if you are traveling with teens, is to get them a bike rental. There is not much within easy walking distance, but plenty within riding distance.

Perfect getaway

A nice house right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen with everything we could have needed. The dead end street has no vehicle traffic and very little foot traffic. The beach was quiet with very few people even with the public access right there. The duplex was very quiet with guests staying on the other side. Would recommend.

So Wonderful!

My family spent an amazing month at this beach house in July. The house is right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean from the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area. It's a very short walk from the deck, down a few stairs to the beautiful soft sand of the beach. This area of Emerald Isle was very quiet during our stay, which is just how we like it! Debbie, the owner of the house, was exceptionally easy to work with. She had lots of great suggestions on restaurants, local sights and activities for everyone in our group. She was incredibly responsive whenever we texted during our stay. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and toys provided for guests to use during their stay. There were plenty of linens and towels for each bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry items and plenty of pots & pans for homemade meals. Our favorite fresh seafood market (Cap'n Willis Seafood Market) is only a mile down the road and has the best fresh fish and steamed crabs in the area. We put the kitchen to use most nights when we weren't dining at one of the restaurants in the area. After dinner we'd sit on the porch to watch the sunset and enjoy the beach view. Once it was dark we'd go back down to the beach to look for ghost crabs. We didn't turn on the TV once during our stay because there were just too many other things to do and we wanted to soak up as much of the beach as possible! We'd love to book this property again in the future!

Visit Emerald Isle, Oceanfront

Communication was great with the owner. She was very quick to respond, never took more than 24 hours. The only negative of the whole trip was the AC was not working when we arrived. This was due to the drip pan being full. Once we reported it, she was quick to get an HVAC guy to the house. He drained the pan inside of 30 minutes and we were back in operation. The beautiful view of the ocean and beach access were as represented. The house is at the end of the street, so there is no through traffic. The house is not far from the local Food Lion, so getting food and supplies is very easy. The house is equipped with an outside shower for getting sand and salt off of clothes and swimwear. There is also a handy foot wash near the bottom of the stairs. Really enjoyed our stay. Would consider staying there again.

Best vacation!

The distance from the beach to the house was great! Sat on the porch every morning and every night. Outside shower was so nice too! Our host was very helpful!

Girls weekend at the beach!

Debbie our host was very informative and courteous. She made herself available for answering any questions that we had. Our place was well stocked with towels and sheets, clean and comfortable. It was a great location. Would love to come back again.

Perfect Thanksgiving at the Beach

Had a wonderful chill relaxing Thanksgiving at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, views were stupendous, weather glorious. Just a perfect experience. Host was great, wonderful communications at all times. The place was as described and a great value. Highly recommend.

Good place

Stay was good house was as described owner sent excellent email of things to do places to eat while down there which was very helpful. House was on the beach , only problem we had was sheets had not been washed on king bed had to strip and wash and towels smelled of cigarette smoke had to wash all that we used prior to using.

Great beachfront location and gorgeous views.... beach is steps away from the property. Enjoyed the beach during the day and the stars in the night. Peaceful getaway

Views are amazing, both of the ocean and the stars. Saw a lot of dolphins over the week, nearly every day. On clear nights we could even see the milky way and some shooting stars. The beach is wide, beautiful and not crowded. The host was very gracious and friendly. Hope we can make it back soon.

Three families originally purchased the whole duplex in 2001 where we raised our families. Life changes and I bought the East side of the duplex 1/2020 to keep it in my family. I grew up in Swansboro and most of my relatives still live in the area so I am a great resource for suggestions on places to go when you are vacationing in my house.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I fell in love with the views the first time I entered the house. I loved the location at the end of a no-through street and the fact that the lot to the left of the property is a treed, undeveloped lot. When we first purchased the duplex it had dark paneling and furniture that looked like it belonged in the mountains. We have updated the house every year. Within the last 5 years we added new siding, windows, a bathroom, floors, deck, landing, new roof, TVs and this year I just added new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our high dune affords us great views and we have more privacy than most places on the island due to the treed lot beside of us and being the last house on the street.
