Located in the beautiful Southern Utah town of Santa Clara, Ocotillo Springs is a gorgeous overnight rental community. The Ocotillo Springs community is focused around a luxurious clubhouse and a refreshing tropical pool with a red rock water slide and splash pad. The community offers exciting indoor and outdoor recreation for all ages including pool, poolside cabanas, hot tub, splash pad, pickle ball courts, and a clubhouse with ping pong, pool table, kitchen, bathrooms, propane grill and more.

This pool side town home opens up to a beautiful living area with a large sofa sectional and 65" flat panel smart TV as well as a big kitchen table to gather all the guests in your party for a fun meal! The living room has a large windows that let in great natural light! Don’t forget about the barbecue on the back patio to help kick off your vacation! You will love spending time on the patio with all of the seating provided you may never even leave!

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private patio! It also has a 50" flat panel smart TV and a private double sink bathroom! Enjoy the over-sized tub, or the beautiful shower in this gorgeous bathroom! The queen bedroom has a private bathroom and spacious shower as well as a 42" flat panel smart TV. The full over full bunk room also a private bathroom and shower with twin bed. In addition to these bedrooms there are two twin mattresses under each bed and a queen air mattress to accommodate each and every one of the members in your party. The loft area have a spacious and comfy sectional with a 50" flat panel smart TV, perfect for gaming of a late night movie!

You won’t have a shortage of space for all of the people you want to bring with you to enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah! This beautiful unit backs to the pool deck, splash pad, and pickleball courts (out the front door) that this gorgeous community has to offer!

Property was great and had everything we needed. Love that the pool was just right out the back door, so convenient. Want to book again in the future for sure.

Great property overall

The place is nice overall! It's clean, well-stocked, good condiments and shampoo, etc. Comfy couches, cute decor, great location. The main floor is FREEZING, despite trying to heat it with the thermostat (upstairs was nice and warm). They need a big space heater on the main floor for the winter. That was the biggest thing aside from the sheer curtains on the main level. Little things: There's a constant dripping sound in the main floor bathroom ceiling. The master bedroom has a sheer curtain on a glass door and you can see right in at night. The sheets need to be dried with dryer sheets. They are very static and Ali and I kept shocking ourselves. Taking them off the bed was downright wild! Electrical storm. I've never experienced that. Oh, and half of the upstairs LED lights are super dim and need replacing. Had to move a lamp into the upstairs hang out area bc it was so dim. Other than those little things, it was great. I don't think I'd stay here again in the winter just bc it was really cold and hard to be on the main floor. I bet in the summer it’s nice.

Loved it!

We had an amazing time here! The space was perfect for our group of 11. Our adults, teens, tweens, and kids all had equal amounts of fun. We wish we could have stayed longer! Access to the amazing pool and clubhouse was right out back, with the pickleball courts right out front. When we were in need of a few rags, the owners were very prompt in communication and getting some to us. They were friendly and easy to work with. Other than some tape left on the ceiling from what seemed like party decorations and a stain on one of the comforters (it was flipped upside down and when we flipped it the right way, we noticed the stain), the place was very clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to snow canyon, trails, harmons grocery store, and all the things we needed and love. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to return soon!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the layout of the house is just great. It’s been really hard since moving up north from Ivins and I loved being in the area and to be together with my kids & parents for Christmas. Everything was perfect

Disappointed

Initial reaction was good. On closer inspection, found hair in every shower. The Splash Pad wasn't working which was a huge planned activity for our 2 young grandchildren. The clubhouse activities were limited as there was no ping pong balls, the cue sticks were broken and nobody to ask for these items. Don't advertise what you can't control!

Great location

The condo was spacious and clean; the beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated being close to great hiking trails and within walking distance to Harmon's grocery store (with a wonderful salad bar and refreshing gelato after long days of hiking -- highly recommend the lemoncello and blood orange gelato).

Homey getaway

We had a great time in Santa Clara. Townhome was clean with plenty of fun to be had at the pool 50' away. Kids had a wonderful time and we plan on returning again.

Great place

We had a great time. Everything was what we expected. The place was clean and comfy. We had a issue with the hot tub but owner assured us it would be addressed. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay.

The price was very reasonable. It was a little bit of a stretch to get us all in. We had 12 plus a baby. There were bed accommodations I would say for 9 or 10, since two of the bunks can sleep 2 children. The couches fit the rest of us. We had a little trouble following the written directions, because one of the roads had a different name at the point we needed to make the turn, but otherwise okay.

Wonderful

This was our first time to St. George and we were so happy with all that we could do there. But to come back to a very well air conditioned place was wonderful! The pool was perfect, as well as the splash pad. The place was really clean (!!), they had some quality bath rugs, beds were comfortable, velvet hangers were a small but loved touch, and providing laundry baskets was also a wonderful thing to do! I do have two little wish lists for next time we come (cause we definately want to): An iron/iron board would have helped when we went out and some black out curtains in the rooms on the east side. The kids woke up with the sun, and mommy needed a bit more sleep out of them, and nap time was hard to get it dark. But we loved it and will be back!

Location, location, location…

We just finished our month long stay at John & Staci's amazing condo. If you are looking for a location that allows you great access to amazing hiking and mountain biking, as well as relaxing in the hot tub or pool, this is the place for you. My husband enjoyed 280 miles of mountain biking without ever having to load the bike on our car. There are miles and miles of paved biking and walking trails that leave right from the condo, in addition to all the single track mountain biking. The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved how close their place is to Snow Canyon State Park and Tuachan Amphitheater. We enjoyed the Saturday Market and we were able to catch the Temptations in concert. With Zion and Bryce so close you can't ask for a better place to use as a base camp. The garage was a huge plus for us to keep our car and our mountain bikes clean & safe. John & Staci's communication was great. I would definitely stay here again. 5 STAR! Thanks you John & Staci for sharing your amazing condo with us.

Soccer Tournament

We were in St. George for a soccer tournament over President's Day weekend. We were very impressed with the condo! Plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 6 kids total). Great location and super clean! The only downfall didn't have to do with the owners, but the community pool and hot tub were dirty and didn't appear well maintained. This wasn't a big deal for us, but may be during the summer months!

Very nice property!

We stayed here with our 7 kids ranging in age from 18 years down to 10 months. The property does not have a crib or high chair for babies, so we had to bring our own. We loved the location and Ocotillo Springs is very family-friendly. We would stay here again.

Incredible location, lots of room, posh feel with the decor and how clean it is... and the most friendly welcome letter/booklet of any room I have stayed in. Really enjoyed this place, the location, and how simple the owners made my experience for my stay! Highly recommended.

best place near St. George

My large family and I had an amazing time at Staci and John's place at Ocotillo Springs. Communication was excellent, home was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our family traveled with my cousin's family. We each have our spouse and 4 children each but we had more than enough space. 3 bedrooms had their own private full bathroom plus a half bathroom in the 1st level. The condo's high ceilings and opened space as well as decor gave this home such an elegant feel. Location was good, only 10 to 15 minutes from St. George and 1 hr from Zion National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay, everyone had fun in the pool which was right outside the back entrance.

Great place

The condo was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. My husband and I spent a month and he set up a home office. We brought our bikes and loved the easy access to so many bike trails. Our adult kids visited us and we had plenty of room for company. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

The property was very clean, well supplied and met our needs for a week stay in the area very well. We enjoyed hiking and biking in the surrounding area, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us well. We would definitely rent here again!

The breathtaking red rock cliffs and hiking trails in the Snow Canyon state park is just minutes away and is unlike anything you will have ever seen.
