Everything was clean, beach and ocean view are wonderful. There is a few little small items that are in need of repair. But will be back again next year! We always love our stay here!

Located just 10 minutes from The Point (which has parking). The property is pretty close to the pier, which has a restaurant with music that you can hear. Great view of the beach. Great coffee maker (has both Keurigs and drip). Easy walk to the beach. Deck had both sun and shade. There was a spicket right on the deck to wash off your feet, etc. House was clean but the bathroom vents had lots of dust on them, the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guest, the utensil draw looked like everything was just thrown in. There were no toilet paper rolls in either bathroom as a courtesy, nor a roll of paper towels, dish soap or dish towels. No extra kitchen garbage bag. There were conflicting instructions for garbage cans. Last guest never took theirs out to the curb.

Excellent location next to Ocean Crest Pier, central to Oak Island shops and attractions. Easy oceanfront access and well kept property. Both sides were occupied and couple next door were friendly & did not hear one another during stay. Inclusion of bedding a big plus for a quick stay. Would book again.

Not completely renovated as the description described. Had a smoker next to us outside on their deck. Pretty hard to enjoy the deck. Obviously was smoking inside also as their smoke alarm went off several times. However, the view was priceless.

We have removed the words "completely renovated" from the description. You can see the work we have done from the pictures including new appliances, new flooring, and new showers. The property is a non-smoking property and we have signs posted on the premises. In the future, if guests observe other guests smoking, please let us know immediately and we will try to remedy the situation.

Cute Beach Cottage

Can't beat the beach front location and right next to a fantastic restaurant on the fishing pier. House was clean and decorated perfectly for the beach. Loved our stay and would stay again.

the beach cannot be seen d/t the sand dunes. You can see the water in the distance but only a tiny glimpse of the waves...can't see the actual beach/sand. Had enuf towels and sheets
