Private pool & beach, launch a kayak or go for a bay swim from the backyard. Go out early & look for the dolphins. Ride a bike to the James Farm Reserve or Fresh Pond Trail. Tired of the private beach? 6 min drives to both Bethany & Delaware state park beaches. 20 min to Rehobeth. Tons of restaurants bars & activities nearby.

Watch the wildlife at James Farm Ecological Reserve, or Fresh Pond. Ride the bike trails to Bethany (you do have to cross route 1).

There is an outside security camera that monitors and records the door access only.

Ocean View Condo

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Cedar Shore condos! It was perfect for all ages of our family to enjoy, from playing on the playground, building sand castles on the beach, to relaxing by the pool. It was quiet and secluded but also easy access to other beaches and entertainment in the area. We will definitely be back!

Better than photos

The photos do not do this listing justice. The location is unbelievable. You want to hang by the pool? Right there. Want to do a trip to the beach? 7 minute drive to two beaches. The best thing about this was how peaceful it was. The sunsets were unbelievable! I have three young kids and they were able to run and play on the grounds with other families who were staying. This really was a hidden gem. If you want to be CLOSE to the action, but not wake-up to it, this is the place for you! My kids are already asking if we can come back next year.

Great Visit to Ocean View, Delaware

The condo home was exactly as I had expected. The pool was great and the bay view was amazing. The home was well maintained and very clean. We liked that the location was not far from Bethany Beach. We would choose to stay here again if the opportunity comes up. Nice home.

The property was clean and the pictures posted were accurate. The pool was a few feet away which was great. If I had to nitpick, you can not access the beach but it is a beautiful backdrop. I thought I would be able to swim at the beach from the property however Bethany beach is so close and beautiful. The other thing is that quiet tim starts at 10pm and when you are on vacation that is a bit early when you are playing card games and kids talk loudly lol. Overall the property was very clean and we had a wonderful stay. The pool is FANTASTIC and CLEAN!

Great pool. Quiet and Serene.

My 2 year old grandson could not get enough of the pool. I am not sure if we ever had a pool that was so clean, large and up to 10 ft deep. The area is so quiet and serene.

Beautiful home!

We take a girls trip every year to the beach. After staying at this property we were all debating buying one of these homes becasue it was so beautiful! The bay, pool and playground being right out your front door was gorgeous. My daughter was in heaven being able to go to the beach and then swing and go to the pool. The property manager was quick to respond to all of my questions and was super friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Neat and tidy

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the property. The condo was clean and comfortable though the beds are very firm. When we checked in the heat was set at 54 degrees - it would have been nice if it had been warmer but thankfully the space heated up quickly.

Great Vacation

This was our first VRBO rental and It was a great experience. The unit was very clean and we felt very comfortable right away, just like we were home. Robert, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. The gift he left for his guests was a very nice and personal touch. We loved the location and and setting. We were able to enjoy the view and the breeze from the porch and the nearby water. Overall, it was a very good experience and we look forward to coming back here again.

Excellent experience!

Taking our canoe out from the private (backdoor) beach was amazing! We saw so much and only paddled back because it was getting dark. The sunset was INCREDIBLE! The next day we rode bikes. Robert provided over to the refuge. enjoyed another beautiful beach. The unit was really clean, stylish, and comfortable with some interesting photos. Robert also left us a special gift at check-in. Because of the pandemic, we could only do carryout and delivery, but there still were a lot of options. Picked up some sushi at the grocery store which was really close. Can’t wait to come back again.

The water views and access are amazing. It's quiet, but still close enough for all kinds action. From quite sunrises and sunsets, to great food and late night dancing. This is the place.

We love to watch the bridge change colors are night. You will too. You can easily drop a kayak into the water and explore the wildlife. Spend lazy days and evenings on the porch watching friends and family play on the beach or sip a cool drink by the pool.
Head over to Bethany for live music on the boardwalk. Catch crab right in the back yard of go fishing over at Delaware state park. Grab a bike and ride up to the restaurant on the corner for cocktail.
