Blissful Relaxation has multiple seating areas inside and outside the house, which allows members of your group to spend time together and also have the option to relax on their own. All the rooms of this oasis are on the same floor but for the kids' suite, which is located up a flight of stairs above the garage. Your toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, swim laps in the pool, sit on the private dock on Audubon Pond, soak up some warm sun rays in a poolside lounge chair or read a good book on the covered veranda. Pool can be heated for separate charge from September-November and March-May. Nighttime temperatures need to be above 55 degrees in order for this heat pump heater to operate. Please contact us to arrange for the heat to be turned on a minimum of 72 hours prior to your arrival. Cost to heat pool is $100/night.

Guests access the front door by walking up the sidewalk to the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads to the living room. There is an open floor plan layout between the living room, kitchen and dining area. These rooms also look out onto the covered veranda and private pool. The master suite and office are located on one side of the living room and the homes four remaining bedrooms are located on the other side of the kitchen. All rooms of the home (except for the kids' suite) are located on the same level. You do have to take an interior staircase to access the kids' suite.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger people will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
