Our stay at the Beach Bum Bungalow (love the name) was very enjoyable. The manager of the property provided timely information to prepare us for our arrival, as well as some travel destination recommendations. The bungalow was nicely decorated, furnished, and well equipped (although could have provided a few more rolls for our bum cheeks as we ran out and had to do a shop for it). My only other grumble was the microwave location, which is sat on top of the fridge/freezer. To open the microwave, you have to open the freezer door. The microwave would be better placed either on top of something that raises it slightly, or somewhere else. The location was great! Just a short stroll from Georgaphe Bay Margaret St Groyne beach, which was perfect for the kids as it is so calm and shallow, and very close to Bussell Hwy. The Bungalow was nice and quiet, even though it is tucked between other houses and right next to another bungalow. The set up inside and around the bungalow is user-friendly, I especially loved the island kitchen bench, where the family could have relaxed conversations while preparing meals. The cleanliness was adequete, just a few minor details unaddressed. I would definitely recommend this little vacation home to family and friends.
