Nestled within a secure gated community, this 2024 built 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including: a full kitchen, coffee machine, reverse cycle air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The Tipsy Turtle Holiday Home is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and offers easy access to key attractions to help you relax, unwind and indulge in the beauty of Busselton.

The space:
Built in 2024, this new home offers a tranquil retreat for those seeking a cosy escape. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior, where every detail has been carefully curated to ensure comfort and convenience.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, the two bedrooms are well appointed with stylish furnishings including a plush queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. We haven’t forgotten the little ones with a porta-cot and tabletop feeding chair available during your stay.

The kitchen is well equipped to prepare all your meals and includes cookware/bakeware, microwave, rice cooker, sandwich press, stick blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Pantry staples are also available for your stay.

The modern open plan living and dining area leads out to a private courtyard with views to the bushland behind the property.

Free Wi-Fi is available and the TV has a Chromecast for streaming.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, garage and courtyard.

Self check-in from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Please note that the property is in a secure, gated complex that is closed from 7pm. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please contact the property manager to make arrangements. Once inside the house, you will have access to the remote for the gate, as well as the remote for the garage.

Towels and bed linen is provided for 4 people.

Parking for up to two cars – single garage and space in the driveway for a second vehicle.
