Wonderful Time!

We were a group of colleagues who came to Aspen for a conference at the Aspen Institute. We had a lovely experience here with this clean, modern, cozy 3BR, 3bath apartment. (The 3 bathrooms was key!) The property manager was very responsive via text and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend (and this is our. second year doing this - hopefully I'll be back for a third!)

The condo was clean and well maintained. We were in town for Ruggerfest and this was for the USA Rugby administrative staff. Great location to walk to town and the pitch. We will be back next year!

Good Location, Great Service

iTrip is an excellent "landlord," with great communications and obvious care about the comfort of their renters. This property was very convenient to downtown Aspen. My traveling companions and I chose it because it provided three en suite bathrooms -- a wonderful amenity when your roommates are not family. Recommended for summer travelers: the add-on air conditioners, which worked well. (Window locations do not create cross-breezes.)

Excellent place to stay in Aspen! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a game changer for my family. Place was comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location was awesome. Easy walk to town and slopes. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Great Aspen location

Our stay at Cottonwoods was terrific! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and was a great size for our family. Being on the 1st floor suited our needs perfectly because we had a baby and all the things that come with traveling with a baby. We never had any issues with noise or loud neighbors even though we were on the 1st level. And the best part of this condo was the location. Everything in Aspen is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy

Great location. My friends and I joked that it was a 6 minute walk to anywhere we were trying to go within Aspen. Easy check in and checkout process. Great communication with property management. Clean and cozy. Would definitely come again.

So many graet things about this place. The renatl was specious. Nice location to town. The condo was located on the first floor which helped with older parents. Glad we stayed here.

This place has everything we needed

I've stayed at many condos and homes in the Aspen/Snowmass area, but this one had nearly all of the boxes checked. It was reasonable in price, clean, easy to book, great location, close to the bus stops (believe me, it's super easy and super close) and everything worked the way it was supposed to. I suppose the only issue may have been the parking, but really, there was plenty of street parking any day of the week; not always spaces in the back. The bedrooms were on the small side, but enough. The amount of hot water, heat, fully functioning appliances were all perfect. Big kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable beds and furniture and easy access via the door code. The staff at iTrip were always friendly and accommodating and easily reachable. No view with this place, but it was quiet. I get my views with skiing. That condo app was the bomb!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods for our skiing vacation. The unit was quiet, and very well stocked including coffee packets, extra towels and laundry pods. It was walking distance to the bus stops, restaurants and stores. iTrip was very responsive to my questions.

Wonderful condo and stay

The condo was great with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. The living spaces (living room, dining area and kitchen) were all nice and cozy. The location was perfect: close enough to simply walk to the downtown area, and far enough away from the busy street noise. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location and condo

We have stayed at this condo twice now - for us it is a great location as you can walk to Ajax and all of the restaurants/shops in downtown Aspen, but easily drive to the other mountains or take the town bus. the condo itself is a nice size for a family or group; the kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated that the wifi actually works well if you need to do some work while there. Love that it has three bathrooms so each person/couple gets their own bathroom.

Great condo for late March ski trip

Stayed at Cottonwoods 1-D in late March. Perfect for 6 adults. Spacious. Great kitchen amenities. Well stocked bathroom items. Pics were very accurate. Beds were good. Short 5 min walk to bus stops for all mountains and just a couple blocks to restaurants and shops. Excellent, responsive communication from the mgmt company throughout our stay. Would def stay here again.

Good but can do better

This condo is conveniently located in heart of Aspen. It’s walking distance to Silver Queen Gondola. This is the justification for its price and ski week. The property is clean. The property can have a more floor space with less furniture so people can sit spread out without being squeezed in. The pantry had 1 stove glove, and 1 spice (steak spice which I don’t even know where the bbq grill was). I did leave our spices we bought along with the aluminum foil at the condo for the next guest. The laundry machines could use an upgrade bc it took a few cycles to dry our clothes. The washer was noisy but we were warned it still works fine, which it did its job. The coffee maker, thread count sheets, and bed pillows need to be upgraded bc it looked like one you can find at a low grade inn or hotel. Overall, we can overlook these minute things that makes a 5 star rating (we’ve been spoiled by other VRBO amenities) bc we had awesome snow in skiing.

Perfect Aspen Weekend

Location is central to both Aspen and Snowmass. Property is accurately described in listing. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Three equal bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy parking, easy check in. All went smoothly and would definitely stay again.
