This was a terrific flat that the met our needs and budget perfectly. Its location in the central area of downtown Aspen was desirable and convenient. Everything was within walking distance. The only condition to be cognizant of when booking is the lack of air conditioning during hot summer months. While the outside temperature drops in the evening, the instructions to keep windows closed at night to protect against bears can lead to a stuffy atmosphere. Fortunately, each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Carefree Convenience

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo on a quiet street in Aspen is a very convenient (5 minute walk) to downtown restaurants and shops. I've stayed here twice in the company of two friends. We greatly appreciated having our own spaces, and also made good use of the comfortable shared living spaces. The owners stock the kitchen well, and have kept the unit looking fresh and in good repair (not always the case with ski boots etc.!). When we had an issue with the air conditioner (ours was a summertime stay), they responded immediately and solved the problem within a day. . . . which perhaps should not have been surprising, as iTrip communications are always prompt and thorough. (My advice to any other summertime renters: Get the air conditioning.)

The condo was clean and well maintained. We were in town for Ruggerfest and this was for the USA Rugby administrative staff. Great location to walk to town and the pitch. We will be back next year!

Excellent place to stay in Aspen! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a game changer for my family. Place was comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location was awesome. Easy walk to town and slopes. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Aspen Ski Weekend

Our group of six had a great stay at the property. The place was clean, exactly as expected, and in a prime location within walking distance to anything in Aspen and Ajax mountain. Would highly recommend!

Great visit!

Great location, easy access on the ground floor with an electronic deadbolt, very clean. The bathroom in each bedroom was a great bonus. Highly recommend.

So many graet things about this place. The renatl was specious. Nice location to town. The condo was located on the first floor which helped with older parents. Glad we stayed here.
