We rented this property mainly because my child had competition cheer at the ESPN and we wanted something close and reasonable in price but it was so peaceful, my grandkids enjoyed the pool so much, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and it was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. My two biggest issues were The couches, they are extremely uncomfortable and there should be two keys cards to enter the property for guests with two vehicles. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and I will probably stay again in the future.
Overall the house and facilities were niceand property management was easy to work with. We had a few issues with check in but was solved immediately as soon as I reached out to the property owner.
It was an older property and in need of a little upgrade but it suited our needs, was private and quiet. Comfortable beds.

I was irritated that the booking said check-out was 11AM then after corresponding with property management, I was told it was 10 AM. The house was older but it was clean. The drive-way is very small, so I’m glad that I had a small rental car. Landscaping could have been cleaned up better. It was horrible getting in and out of the development because it was off of a busy highway.

Sorry to hear that this confusion happened. I have rented this house and another property for 14 & 16 years, and the check-out has always been 10 am. Check-in is 4 pm. If there is somewhere on VRBO that states 11 am.... please let me know, I will fix it. FYI We need to give the cleaners time to do their work, and we do not control their schedule. We will let people check in earlier and check out later if no one is renting the house the next day ( ask us). Also this renter did end up checking out closer to 11 am, and we had no issues.
I booked this for my parents and they enjoyed their stay. The host was accommodating to their late check-in and even though there was some miscommunication at the beginning, it was resolved quickly.
Check-in was easy and had great communication throughout our stay. Home was near everything, but off of the main road which helped with the traffic and noise.

We stayed at this Davenport house from March 5–10 and had a mixed experience.Pros:The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The management company was also responsive and easy to communicate with. When we reported plumbing issues—a leaky toilet and a slow-draining sink—they sent a plumber right away and the problem was fixed quickly, which we appreciated.Cons:Unfortunately, the house was not very clean when we arrived. The floors were filthy, and we ended up having to clean them ourselves before settling in. The walls and ceilings were dusty, and several glasses and plates in the kitchen were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them.There were also a few maintenance issues. The pool had a leak, and we had to add water each day to keep the level up. The coffee table was broken, and much of the furniture felt outdated and was not very comfortable.Overall, the stay was manageable because of the good location and responsive management, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues should really be addressed to improve the guest experience.
Pool skimmer wasn’t working so it wasn’t cleaning the pool the pool had a leak if you want to keep water in it, you have to have a part-time job filling it up ..after two days I didn’t let my son swim in it because The water was cloudy and looked unsafe because filter wasn’t working on the pool…the deck of the patio. Both of the tables were very filthy, and had not been wiped off the back porch and around the whole pool has not been clean for a while. It was filthy and not swept or sprayed off or anything lawn chair on its last leg broken lock on the door that leads to the pool outside in one room, it didn’t have pillowcases on the pillow and have black mold or something on one of them and my sister was tired and slept on them that night before she noticed the next morning that was pretty disgusting as well on top of that there is sauce on the floor in front of the couch and I turned on the light, and there was food crumbs behind the chair the lock is broken on the sliding door to the pool, and has a piece of wood in it .so nobody can slide it open When you leave, you have to pull the sheets off the bed wash all the Towels to help the cleaner it said on the sign or you would be charging an additional fee for leaving the laundry for the cleaner icemaker leaks in the freezer and just drips down into the freezer There were dirty hand towels in the kitchen drawer. I most definitely didn’t feel like I was on vacation It was very ghetto and we didn’t know if we should laugh or cry

This is hard to grasp since the renter directly before they arrived gave us 5 out of 5 stars. Our house consistently receives 4 & 5 star reviews, with the average being over 4. This renter did not call us, complain, or ask us to fix anything. She did say something to our property manager about 'recommendations' from her....however, it did rise to the level of being a 'complaint'....I invite all renters to read all reviews. We have a 100-plus, Renters all seem to have different standards, and I think if you read 15 or 20 reviews, you will get a good feel for our property. FYI, the pool was clean, as was the house. We would like to know immediately if it is remiss so that we may have the opportunity to remedy.
We couldn’t adjust the temp. It was over 86 degrees in the vrbo. I kept reaching out the the owner who didn’t respond until the day we left. We had to get a hotel room because that place was so hot. It could’ve been nice but that was such a terrible trip

There was no contact between the renter and me, the owner. The client never called me (owner) during their stay. Via email on their 3rd day of their stay, the renter contacted my property manager and said there was a problem with the A/C unit. My property manager promptly had our A/C guy go to the house and fix the A/c Unit ( I know because I spent $600 ). The AC unit was fixed the same day the renter notified us. ...based on the email from the renter, they evidently checked out without knowing the A/C unit had been fixed. Very frustrating...
It was a decent stay 40 to an hour travel to places. Our kids had a great time in the pool. There was a few things that needed fixing and it wasnt 100% clean.
