The villa is completely private and only used by guests who are staying in the property. There will always be someone to welcome guests on their arrival and to escort them on their last day.

Once you check-in you'll be able to enjoy the property and all rooms available on the ground floor. This beautiful small family villa consists of a kitchen with all the amenities that you need for cooking and dining, living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with a comfortable double or single beds, a bathroom equipped with basic toiletries and a large terrace on the ground floor with a colorful garden with flowers and fruit.

Parking space is provided just next to the villa as a part of the property. All important locations are easily reachable by car and can be found within the 10-15 minute drive from the villa.

Ražanac is located on the shores of Velebit canal, 22km northeast from the town of Zadar. Traditionally, the economy is based on agriculture, vineyard farming, fishery, livestock farming, plastic processing, tourism (Tourist office, auto camps, apartments), trade, catering and crafts (transport, carpentry, ceramics, butcher’s, bakery). The sea in Ražanac is a real gem when it comes to cleanliness. Beaches are rocky and sandy, except the beach in Punta, which is on the mainland gravel, but sand in the sea. All the beaches can be reached by car.
