I almost gave 4 stars because of a couple of issues but all in all I enjoyed our stay. The house is easily within walking distance of the square which was nice. The deer were plentiful The kitchen was well stocked with water and coffee pods and extras. House was very clean. One con was the smell. It was so strong that if you are smell sensitive (like my sister is) then it was a problem. It was a very strong Febreze smell that never went away. Just be warned. The beds were comfortable but soft, not firm. Also, the owner does come up to the house at 9:45 to water the yard, which felt like she just wanted to make sure you are out by 10:00. To me the checkout time is a hour too early but that’s just me not being a morning person. The owner is nice though and made sure the bird feeder was filled so we could enjoy watching all the birds, and deer, and even a raccoon come eat the seeds. The screened in porch was a plus. All in all it was a comfortable, quiet house and I would definitely stay there again.
