Exceptional!! Immense basement converted into a beautifully decorated and equipped apartment, full kitchen, nice sized bathroom, the TV living room TV has multiple very cozy sofas and reclining chairs, super comfy bedroom. Ample in-property parking, quiet very nice neighborhood, you can see the the snow capped mountains from the front of the house. Short drive to retailers and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Better than Described!

This is an immaculate, spacious, fresh modern basement apartment in the host’s home in a beautiful neighborhood. I had my own parking spot in the driveway & a private entrance. There’s no thermostat but Janet was happy to adjust the temperature every time I texted her, plus extra blankets, fans, and space heaters are provided. The mattress was EXCELLENT and the shower was perfection - plenty of hot water and full pressure. Lots of bright lighting throughout and the separate vanity area in the bathroom had convenient electric outlets for hair dryer, curling iron, etc. The kitchen had a automatic coffee maker & a hot-pot, the fridge had ice and water dispensers in the door. I arrived after grocery store hours, but discovered a great convenience store (Maverick) open til midnight about 6-7 minutes away (heading south.) The hosts are very friendly and likeable. I was in Utah to be an Extra on The Chosen, and Janet even offered to help me with my costume if I needed something. A little-reviewed aspect of VRBO’s is the ease of check-out… this check-out was SO EASY and uncomplicated! With an early flight out of SLC, who wants to have a long list of ‘Do’s’ before you leave?! I completed the required short list in about 5 minutes and was on my way to the airport! I loved my stay here.

Beautiful Location

This is a great property for a couple or small family (any children would have to sleep on a recliner in the theater room or on the floor). Beautiful home. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful views.

Perfect location, situated within the mountains, quiet, and had everything you need

The only drawback is that the thermostat is upstairs in the main portion of the house. It wasn't possible to lower the temperature at night when we felt hot. Other than that, it's a great place

Lovely apartment, great hosts

This apartment is very clean, has everything that you would need. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I've stayed there twice. The hosts are very responsive. Parking is easy. I highly recommend.

Comfortable Basement Apt with all the Amenities

This was my second stay here. It is a very roomy space with well appointed kitchen and all the amenities. It has a theater room as well if you enjoy watching movies. The hostess responds to texted inquiries very quickly.

Located in a lovely Mapleton, Utah neighborhood

Its February and with all the snow and winter weather our hosts were very accommodating to all our inquiries and needs. Janet is indeed an outstanding host and Dan put deicer for us in our car before we left. The basement apt theater room was a fun place to hang out. The the kitchen and dining area was very spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Mapleton stay

The basement apartment was spacious, clean, and had updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. A large theatre room was part of the basement and was available for our use. The location is in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood and was close to our weekend activities in Spanish Fork. The host was communitative and helpful when I needed help getting the streaming app going on the tv. It had private parking to the side of the house off the street and with immediate access to our private entrance. We’d stay again.

Great place to stay

The basement apartment was nice and quiet with easy access to BYU and Provo. The place appeared the same as the photos with ample room to relax at the end of the day.

Great hosts and location!

Janet and Dan were terrific, they were able to accommodate a special need I had, made check in and exit a breeze, and were just easy to work with. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay near the mountains in SLC, consider this option.

Enjoyable Stay

Quiet rooms. Beautiful neighborhood. Was hoping to have access to a washer and dryer. Carpet im front roo. Needs cleaning. Thoroughly enjoyed the "theater room" and the two recliners. Will recommend this VRBO to friends.
