You'll have full access to the basement apartment with a completely separate entrance (digital lock). It includes all your basic amenities; laundry room, living room, kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
No third party reservation—If you book, you must also be staying in the unit.
6 guests is the maximum allowed.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. If we receive complaints regarding noise, we will kindly provide a reminder. If complaints continue you may be asked to leave.
No shoes in the house
No open flame candle burning inside the house.
No smoking, vaping, drugs, or excessive drinking on the premise.
Please do not park cars with leaks on the RV pad. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. No parking or driving on the grass.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
No brought-in speakers, no glitter, no tape on walls, no confetti.
Do not unscrew, remove, open or tamper with any locked doors or restricted areas throughout the property
Any tampering, disabling or interference with outdoor cameras will end your stay, you will vacate immediately.
Breaking of rules may result in being asked to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Definitely would like to stay again. The owner was very attentive to our questions regarding the AC and he had it fixed in the same day. He was amazing!
This was truly one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had! The home was immaculate and so thoughtfully stocked — by far the best-equipped rental we’ve experienced. The beds were incredibly comfortable with soft, high-quality sheets, and the darkening shades in each bedroom made for a perfect night’s sleep. The quiet neighborhood added to the relaxing atmosphere.The hosts went above and beyond with personal touches that showed they really cared and noticed our needs. The kitchen had every appliance you could want, and the abundance of kids’ toys and games made it perfect for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return!
Beautiful house, lovely location. There was some confusion about the photos versus the written description (the pictures are fixed now). The owners of the home live at the in the basement and there’s no lock on the basement door. That’s about the only odd thing. It’s a wonderful home.

Thanks for your feedback. There is a lock on both sides of the door, however I'll look into installing an additional lock. We try our best to make sure the house is a five star experience for all our guests and sorry we didn't live to that expectation.

Why they chose this property
We love Spanish Fork! At the base of the canyon we often get winds from the canyons which keeps the air fresh and clean. Spanish Fork still feels rural but it is also close to all of the local amenities. There is a local Walmart, Target and Costco. New restaurants pop up regularly. Having a .34 acre lot, there is a lot of privacy between neighbors and our house in particularly has an open lot so there shouldn't be any houses built that block the mountain view. Beautiful area and close to visit UVU or BYU while not feeling like you're in the city.
What makes this property unique
We have some of the best backyard/living room views at the base of the canyon with huge mountain views. Perfect for large family gatherings with a large backyard.
